Called Mike out for UPVC front door that would not open. He was transparent about all costs when I called to enquire. Price was very reasonable for what I considered an emergency call out. He arrived quickly and sorted the problem, ensuring that he had done a thorough job. Mike even went as far as sorting my side entrance door as well for me as a gesture of kindness, this was very much appreciated. I had called him first based on the google reviews and he honestly does deserve all of the excellent reviews posted. Thank you Mike!

Mike from East End Locks came to me at an extremely vulnerable time - I had just been discharged from a 5 day hospital stay and I could not get into my flat. After calling he came within 15 minutes, he was also very transparent with the price (which was excellent) and provided me with an insight into what he felt had happened to stop the door from opening, which made perfect sense but I would never have figured that out. He kept me informed the entire time with the process, he was exceptionally determined to open my door and allow me access to my flat. Within 10 minutes he had gained access. He was fast and efficient, but most importantly a genuinely nice and decent human being. I could Not reccomend this company enough, and I have saved their number in case I am ever in an emergency situation like this again. If you are in stow look no further - mikes your guy! Call out on Sunday night - locked out of my house as took the wrong key bunch. Super efficient as turned up in 10 minutes and was able to open up the lock in less than 5 mintues. We had 2 sleepy kids with us so that was very helpful. Minimum charges- did the minimum that was needed, not like some others who create work to overcharge. No hidden charges. Highly recommended.

I had an emergency locksmith problem today which concerned my not being able to get out of shared main door and my neighbour unable to get in. I can only endorse what others have said re: efficiency, pleasantness, and quick resolution of lock problem. Many thanks to Mike who sorted. We have called Mike out twice now. Each time he has been responsive, professional, transparent, reasonably priced (cheaper than others I called!) and to top it all, he is such a lovely guy! Cannot recommend East End Locks highly enough!
