Called as the deadlock broke in my front door. The whole experience was exceptional, very helpful on the phone, and a locksmith out to the property in 30 min. Really helpful and knowledgable people! They recognised my lock right away and gave me a few options of varying prices to sort the issue (it was a rare one from the 1970s!) Within ten minutes I had a the same lock with shiny new parts and keys. Hopefully it’ll be good for another 50 years!

This was a job I didn’t realise could even be done. We had to fit a three point lock to a hardwood bifold door which had been incorrectly manufactured without a lock or handle. Matt precisely and neatly (literally, less than 1mm tolerance) routed out the side of the door to fit. Pretty amazing since this is a “one shot” jib and any errors mean a new door. Looks like it was done in a factory and works great. Would totally recommend. Great service in a fairly stressful situation.
