Fraser was great. After our teenage daughter unpacked her common sense and left both keys to her room inside before closing the door, we were left with a 15 year old in her rugby gear without anything to change into and with her lifeline (phone) firmly locked inside. One call later to TNE and a short 10 minute wait and Fraser was able to gain entry. His charge was reasonable and made better by the fact he didn’t charge for the out of hours call-out. Definitely recommended!

After our lock decided to fail, leaving the key spinning and not opening the door, I made a call to TNE Locksmiths. After a short phone call, describing the problem Frazer arrived 10 minutes later. Not long after, Frazer arrived, we had access back into the property. What was even more impressive about Frazer, than gaining access in a very short time, was his honesty with how to put things right and different cost options. Amazing service. We could not get into our home at 1am Sunday morning. Took under 10 minutes for the guy to get to us and he couldn't have been nicer or more professional. He tried all options to get us in without changing lock however lock had broken so he replaced lock and I was very pleasantly surprised at cost. He helped us find a quick, reasonably priced and friendly resolution at a very stressful time. Highly recommended - Ive stored number and will def use again. The new lock also comes with a guarantee so overall brilliant service!
