The lock on our composite front door broke and I accidentally called a (fake) local locksmith agency, the lad was great but couldn't get it open, he recommended Prime.
Gabriel from Prime came out and had the door open within 10 minutes.
As ours was a strange make he didn't carry that part but he did a temporary repair so we could use the door as a door over the weekend.
He sourced the part and returned the next working day to swap it.
All done quickly, friendly and professional.
