Martina was fabulous with our 12 year old Labrador retriever who was in obvious distress with a blood filled ear. Martina's expertise and experience was evident in the way both in the way she treated Callie and in her kindness to us the distressed owners . It is wonderful to have a vet who is genuinely concerned and empathetic and not just interested in selling you drugs and services that you don't need. ctvets pricing is excellent for central London and I would say Martina was more than generous toward us . I've been a customer of CTvets for years now. They've always taken great care of my Pepper. He's almost 14yo, and there have been so times I've needed their help urgently, and they've always come right away. I can't thank them enough.
