My cat usually gets nervous at the vet, but the team handled her with such gentleness and professionalism that he stayed calm throughout the visit. Truly amazing vet practice the Wood Wharf Vets! I couldn’t be more grateful for the team at Wood Wharf Vet Clinic! I brought my male cat Onyx in for neutering this morning and, like any pet parent, was nervous, especially since I had to go to work right after. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Becky and a kind gentleman at the reception. Yekaterina, who looked after my cat, was incredibly knowledgeable and caring, which instantly put my mind at ease. Thanks to them, I was able to go through my busy day without constantly worrying. When I returned to pick up my cat after his procedure, Amy, another lovely member of the Wood Wharf staff, took the time to go over all the post-op care instructions both verbally and in writing, ensuring I felt confident about his recovery. The level of professionalism and compassion at Wood Wharf is a world apart from my previous vet practice, and I couldn’t be happier that I chose them as our new veterinary home. These guys have been amazing. We're doing 4+ different procedures over the next 6 months, at least 3 of which are large surgical procedures and the team have been great. Special shout out to both Becky and Coral for dealing with the insurance company when they've been difficult. You guys have been invaluable!
