High praise to wonderful vet doctor/surgeon Mr Phakkey and his team is well overdue on my part (have been with them for 15 happy years!!) These professionals are warm / kind / caring and knowledgeable, also good at sharing their knowledge about our pets with us, owners - outstanding service from this surgery!! My pets have always been well looked after - thank you all!!

Genuinely the best vet, hands and paws down. Kind, caring, easy to get an appointment and reasonably priced. Mr Phakkey and his team are wonderful and a great contrast to all the nasty corporate group practices that are sadly so common now.

I moved Buddy to Animal Choice in 2022 and I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new vet. Buddy loves going there.... and that's even after he's had to have some pretty unpleasant procedures so that says a lot! The whole team is so welcoming, kind, knowledgeable and committed to getting each pet healthy and happy again. No problem or query is too big or small for this team to deal with or respond to asap. An outstanding veterinary practice in my opinion!

We are always welcomed when we visit the vet. The vets are always able to calm Mia by stroking and communicating with her in a soft tone, which she is always receptive to. If the visit is for a check up, the vets are very thorough in their examination and always provide clear information on Mia's current health and any possible future health issues. Great service all round!

I took my dog here as she was still poorly having visited our own vet the day before. They were helpful friendly and a vet who cared about Maisie and actually looked at her injury which my own vet didn't bother doing. Well done I will definitely return.

I would love to thank the amazing staff at Streatham Hill Vets after the wonderful and most thoughtful gift they sent my mum today, after losing her very old cat Tinkerbell a couple of months ago, today she received the most sweetest remembrance of her beloved Cat. Beautiful footprints and a snipping of her beautiful black coat. It made my mum very emotional but with happy memories of her 17 year old cat. The timing was perfect, you really did a great job of caring for her baby when she was poorly and making the heartbreaking process easier to manage. Well done guys, a massive Pat on the back to you guys for being so so thoughtful. Can’t thank you enough for making my mums day. I really do appreciate everything you’ve done then and today. Amazing team.. Justin is a Wonderful head vet who really listens, he cares about the animals welfare and you can see he really enjoys being with the animals. He is pro active and i never feel rushed. I also like the fact that he talks through problems not immediately rushing to so expensive tests. He is a really credit to the practice. We would like to thank the brilliant team at Village vets Highbury . I can’t recommend this team enough. Every member of the team is compassionate , highly skilled and finally, there is now continuity of care with the head vet Justin, who is such an asset to the team and a very skilled vet. The nursing team led by Maleeha is fabulous and if you have a nervous pet the team go above and beyond to help your pet relax and have a positive experience. They are never short of cuddles and encouragement. We recently lost our beloved dog Pip to old age and we know without their quality care she would not have lived a long as she did and pain free. If you want high quality care then this is the vets for you. Thank you team, we will always be grateful.

I’ve had many vets in many places over the years and have been lucky that most of them have been very good. This practice is at the very top of my list. The facility is nicely designed, clean, welcoming and doesn’t have that cold hospital feel. The people that work there are all very kind, and clearly know their patients. They provide factual feedback about a situation with the animal’s health in their best interest. It’s also in a nice area with coffee shops, cafes, and a park. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a vet.

One week post spaying and our dog is almost back to normal. Many thanks to Dale and Margaret for their care and being so accommodating with our dog prior to the operation. We are very grateful. And she has a super tiny scar!

After being with many different vets taken over by big vet corporations.. charging us a fortune and not sorting out our dogs problems, seeing a different vet each time you go in to review his condition. we were so happy to find Amwell vets. They sorted out his problems so quickly. It’s so nice that you see the same person each time you’re here, they know your pet and really care. So so so happy to have our pup in their care, we just feel like he is in the most capable hands possible.

Dale and Margaret, along with the rest of the team, have done a fantastic job with our cat. They have been patient and welcoming, open and honest, and always practical. We are very lucky to have them as our local vet and highly recommend their services.

Friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We took in a pregnant stray cat and easipetcare's team helped us at every step of the way. Any concerns or worries we had were expertly handled and explained, and they were more than happy to point us in the direction of other trusted vets when they were fully booked or closed. They genuinely care about the wellbeing of animals and it shows. Otis and her 3 kittens wouldn't be in such a good place without them ☺️

Vets always exceeded their professionalism and expertise. Had up and downs with receptionists but to be honest, it was mainly one person to have been a little too firm and strict. Been going to this clinic since 2014 and, even if I now have moved further away, I am still going there for the care of my two cats.

Great vets. Very welcoming and Krystal on reception really listened to me and advised me of the best options for my pet. Really felt at ease with my potentially poorly kitten.

The receptionist and the vet were both very warm and helpful. I was given a range of treatment options and prices so I could choose what best suited my situation, instead of being guilt tripped into the most expensive thing. I will definitely keep taking my pet here and really recommend the practice.

I had to find vet in emergency. Elizabeth st were great. The vet I saw was kind and caring and did a great job. Prices were really reasonable compared to other emergency vet’s. I would recommend this practice. Only one negative point. They took ages to fill in my simple insurance form over 5 weeks. Way too long . And although promised call backs I never got them. This needs addressing.

I feel that my cats get the best care here. I was previously with another Vets, when one of my cats had an emergency and was referred to Elizabeth Street. The care and attention was amazing. I felt well informed with the regular calls and emails I received not only whilst he was there, but also when he returned home. I feel that I can contact them at anytime with any concerns and I will get advice. There is a great team here. Thank you guys

Have been with the practice for 4 years. Nara, our Shiba Inu, has been looked after really well through joint issues, infections, allergy diagnosis, vaccinations & Animal Health Check Certificates. The team have been thorough, helpful and personable. There is always useful advice made available and it is explained in a simple way (for example the animal health check certificate process was well explained in person and followed up over email with the courier for our dog when travelling to Spain) It has always been straightforward to access medical records and make insurance claims. We have been very satisfied with our experience at the vets. There's a handy shop inside too should you need anything from hypoallergenic food, to toys and puppy training gear. Thanks team, one happy pooch (and owner)

Honestly I came across this vet today on a Saturday afternoon as an emergency as my 18 year old cat was not well at all. I previously took him to Bluecross Victoria & they were no good and was telling me I had to leave my cat overnight for scan and that he might not make it the night. I called this place and they said they were able to do a scan straight away after a vet examined him. They then discussed with us that my cat was very weak and had too many health issues and me and my sisters just decided to put him out of his missery. This vet honestly I will sing its praise out loud I’m so grateful I came across you lovely people and so happy that my baby was able to have peaceful sleep and can finally put to rest. Thankyou guys so much we really appreciate you !!!!!!

These guys have been amazing. We're doing 4+ different procedures over the next 6 months, at least 3 of which are large surgical procedures and the team have been great. Special shout out to both Becky and Coral for dealing with the insurance company when they've been difficult. You guys have been invaluable!

Truly amazing vet practice the Wood Wharf Vets! I couldn’t be more grateful for the team at Wood Wharf Vet Clinic! I brought my male cat Onyx in for neutering this morning and, like any pet parent, was nervous, especially since I had to go to work right after. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Becky and a kind gentleman at the reception. Yekaterina, who looked after my cat, was incredibly knowledgeable and caring, which instantly put my mind at ease. Thanks to them, I was able to go through my busy day without constantly worrying. When I returned to pick up my cat after his procedure, Amy, another lovely member of the Wood Wharf staff, took the time to go over all the post-op care instructions both verbally and in writing, ensuring I felt confident about his recovery. The level of professionalism and compassion at Wood Wharf is a world apart from my previous vet practice, and I couldn’t be happier that I chose them as our new veterinary home. Thank you, Wood Wharf team, for making this experience so reassuring for both me and my cat!
