“The best vet in south London by far. I had my last pet in their care up to the end which was dealt with the utmost dignity and loving care. My new companion is of course also registered with them. All staff are amazing without exception. Keep up the amazing work and thank you for being there to care for our loved ones when we need your support. Thomas and Toffee”

“An amazing team of people who are understanding and caring. I was desperate for an appointment, my usual branch didn’t have any as I had missed the appointment due to being stuck in traffic, but my poor cat had a wound under his neck and needed to be seen. Receptionist was swift to find the same day appointment for us. Vet Grace was absolutely fantastic and understanding, she and the nurse working the shift with her took great care of my cat ( he’s not a great fan of the vets and gets into his tiger mode). Grace suggested the best way for me to treat my poorly cat at home? understood my financial situation and why I opted for a home care option rather than having him treated at the vets for a few days. Keeping in touch with the surgery via email and sending them pictures with updates of the wound gave me assurance that everything will be okay. Thank you team!❤️ Definitely recommend signing up with this branch if you haven’t already!”

“Thank you David for saving Ivy's life and acting so fast. Ivy had been spayed at a different vets in scunthorpe 5 days later she was very ill. David saved her life she needed further surgery for peritonitis and sepsis in the internal wound and abdomen. Had David not been such a good hands on vet with knowledge she wouldn't have made it. Thank you David for caring so much and saving ivy's life”

“Have been with the practice for 4 years. Nara, our Shiba Inu, has been looked after really well through joint issues, infections, allergy diagnosis, vaccinations & Animal Health Check Certificates. The team have been thorough, helpful and personable. There is always useful advice made available and it is explained in a simple way (for example the animal health check certificate process was well explained in person and followed up over email with the courier for our dog when travelling to Spain) It has always been straightforward to access medical records and make insurance claims. We have been very satisfied with our experience at the vets. There's a handy shop inside too should you need anything from hypoallergenic food, to toys and puppy training gear. Thanks team, one happy pooch (and owner)”

“Best vetrinary practice in London and very much likely the UK. Dr.Dale and Margaret are an amazing team, they consistently go above and beyond for our non human family members. They prioritise and advocate for their patients, our pets- as it should be. Honest, reliable and trustworthy. We've been registered at multiple vet practices over the years, no other practice has shown the level of knowledge and dedication as Amwell has. So thankful our dog has been and continues to be safe in their care.”

“I just had my second appointment with Dr. Colin Clarke for my pet rats, and I can confidently say they are an absolute legend! Dr. Clarke is incredibly attentive, experienced, and knowledgeable. On top of that, they are very kind and sweet with animals, making the whole experience as stress-free and comfortable as possible. I was provided with full information about my rats’ conditions, given clear advice on their treatments, and was able to pick up their medications at the reception. Highly recommend!”
