The vets are friendly, thorough, caring and definitely have the animal’s best interest at heart. They explain possible procedures well and take their time with whatever the problem might be.
My frenchie is so nervous and needed BOAS surgery, both the lockbottom and chelsfield branch have been amazing with my girl the surgery went so well and the aftercare has been brilliant, the staff are really helpful kind and caring im really happy with everything they have done.

As a rabbit owner, I've had difficulty finding a local exotic vet, especially for emergency visits. It's safe to say my visit today has knocked all of the other vet clinics I've used previously out of the park.
From friendly reception staff, to knowledgeable veterinarians I feel my bunnies have received the perfect care, also for a fair price.
Would highly recommend for anyone with rabbits to switch here! 🐰
