We had a fabulous 2 night stay here as a family. The hotel staff are amazing in this hotel as they do anything to make your stay wonderful. The hotel itself is just a standard premier inn as what you expect but sometimes that’s all you need. The location is perfect as it is right next door to the tube station. We had breakfast in the hotel both mornings which was great. We had dinner one night in the hotel which was ok, I recommend the pizzas. An extra special shout out to Elena, my son left his special teddy which he is very attached to in the hotel room. We only noticed it missing when we arrived back home in Wales. Elena was so kind to send the teddy back to us in the post along with a little note for my son about how his teddy is happy to be back home and thanking him for staying at premier inn, along with some sweets. This was such a kind gesture and we are very grateful. Thank you so much again!

The room was perfect for one or two nights. Shower facilities are fabulous. I ate with my friends in the evening and the food was OK for a large chain. My friends had the meal deal and said it was worth the money, breakfast set them up for their journey home. The staff in all of the different departments, whether it be cleaning, reception or restaurant/bar, were absolutely 💯, a credit to the company. Friendly, helpful, and only too willing to help with any query, I just can not praise the staff enough. I definitely recommend it as a short stay.

Great deal for the price, the room was clean, all the appliances worked flawlessly and we were even given a kettle and some tea (with milk, in true British fashion) The sheets were soft and the mattress was AMAZING, so we thankfully got some great sleep during our trip and could appreciate the city to the fullest, without crankyness or back pain. The only consistently annoying thing was the elevators, which were either broken or took 10 minutes to arrive, which caused us to have to walk up to the 6th floor with aching feet after a very long day. Also, the water pressure in the shower was extremely low to the point were I felt like I didn't even get my conditioner out after half an hour of scrubbing. All in all it's a more than sufficient place to sleep though, which I think is the only thing you really do in your hotel room, since you'll be out and about during the day anyway.
