A lovely location in Canary Wharf with plenty of choices for vegans and people curious about vegan food. Although the food was very tasty from start to finish, the service fell a little short as they were very busy on an average Wednesday afternoon. To order we were given 5 different types of paper menus, which was little confusing / overwhelming, detailing drinks, specials, menus, set menus and more. After ordering a not exactly cheap bottle of wine, the waiter the just poured out 3 glasses without us letting it taste first, which was slightly odd. Service was relatively slow for the rest of the dinner. While the food is great and I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area the service at peak times could do with some more work.

We were overwhelmed with the wonderful choice of food available and went for the tasting menu so that we could try a little of everything. I’m so glad we did! We loved the careful attention to detail, the novel use of ingredients, and the well thought out combinations of flavours. The staff were so welcoming. We had a thoroughly enjoyable evening and we will definitely be back!

My father and I had a wonderful time. First and foremost, I must say that the atmosphere and cosy feel of the place are outstanding classy but not overpowering, and the temperature was ideal after a rather rainy walk around the area. The food is well presented, yummy and full of flavours. My non-vegan father was impressed by how good this tasted. The staff is helpful and made me and my father feel welcome. We will surely be returning. I'm currently studying and living in Bristol, and I'd move to London just so I could visit this spot every day. Highly recommended ✨ (Also, I tried the borough location before trying this one, which was also very wonderful and provided excellent service.)

I recently dined at Mallow in Canary Wharf, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The food was nothing short of amazing, with flavours and presentation that felt both innovative and comforting. A particular highlight was the dessert—easily one of the best I’ve ever had! Normally, I avoid desserts when dining out since they tend to be overly sweet and heavy, but Mallow has perfected a balance of flavours that was both indulgent and surprisingly light. The service was exceptional; the staff were attentive without being intrusive and made sure every detail was taken care of, adding to the overall experience. The design of the restaurant is another standout, blending modern elegance with a cozy ambiance that made the space feel welcoming. I highly recommend Mallow for anyone looking for a memorable meal in a beautiful setting!

Had a really nice dinner here. Good service, nice atmosphere. The meat platter was honestly on the overcooked side, pretty chewy throughout, you'd be better off with a steak or something. Great chips and sweet potato. The desserts however were amazing. The bread and butter pudding with custard was one of the best I've eaten in years. A star just for that. Cheesecake also very good.

We ate here on our first night. The food was decent. Steak a bit on the chewy side. The best was definetly the white chocolate cheesecake. That one was perfect. The girl at the front was really nice and friendly too. Had a chat with her about her Jordan 1's :)

Wow!! Best dining experience I’ve ever had. The food was utterly incredible best roast I’ve ever eaten! The service was fantastic everyone smiling and happy nothing was too much best service I’ve ever received. We went as a birthday celebration to be given a great table and a little treat with a candle and a sing song. This place is the absolute nuts you have to eat here. I can see why this place is always booked out it’s a must have x

Enjoyable dining experience.The white chocolate cheesecake was delicious. Stopped by for lunch because wanted a steak. Customer service was phenomenal. Steak cooked to my liking. Price wasn't outrageous. Location was cool. Nice view of wharf.

Food was good, ambience was okay, was busy. The lady who brought the food on the table from the kitchen, just dumped the food on our table somehow, rushing without making any space or adjustments saying nothing, we had to adjust the plates, trays etc ourselves. The guy who served us later was okay. Not very happy with the service provided. Grill prawns only 4 pieces not worth the money at all. Pepper lamb was really good, would recommend.

Cece, our server, was wonderful! Even though we’re regulars, she took the time to make sure that we understood the menu and the items that they were out of for the night. She was very attentive, and checked up on us often to ensure that the food was to our liking, and that everything came out perfectly. She then recommended the seasonal coconut dessert, and it was phenomenal!! It’s wonderful to come to a place that’s service matches the food– there’s no shortage of good food in London, but great service is hard to find. Thanks, Cece, for making our night! We’ll definitely be back soon!

I can’t recommend this place enough! Being a big restaurant lover and foodie, it has been such a long time that I really wanted to try this place. The expectations met the fantastic experience. I confess that I’m not a fan of Indian cuisine, but perhaps because this one is a bit modernised, it did conquer my heart.

Food: 5/5 We ordered chillie chicken, tandoori grilled chops, and prawns, and everything was exceptional. The grilled chops were a masterpiece, tender, succulent, and packed with flavor. The prawns were beautifully cooked and equally delightful. The dessert was perfect position the coconut fruit crumble followed by Desi chai. Service: 5/5 We were warmly greeted upon arrival and shown to our table. Greg provided excellent service with a smile, showing courtesy throughout. He thoroughly explained the dishes and made a spot-on recommendation for dessert! Atmosphere: A chic and elegantly decorated venue with a vibrant, bustling ambiance, perfect for a lively dining experience.

Little hidden gem in Canary Wharf! Amazing unique restaurant with good food and decent prices. From the menu it sounded like a Turkish cuisine but had many options for everyone's taste. So shouldn't be a problem to anyone. I found my ordered lamb maybe too sweet but it does say yogurt and cherry source. So sweetness should be expected. Chicken stew was really good , I liked the source a lot (make sure to ask for spicy source on the side). The only thing which they could improve is cocktails. Mine was way too sweet (too much syrup) basically. And another one was way too bitter.. But overall would recommend for everyone to visit!

Easily the best experience we had in London across three days... Great food, wonderful atmosphere. Shows that if you get these things right, customers will have a good time. We are at several other restaurants with a high opinion of themselves but none were as good at the old fire station. The lahmacun was especially good! Thanks for a lovely memory for our last night in London!

A hidden gem indeed. Chanced upon this place without any idea it was already popular. And I was absolutely delighted with my experience as well. :) The food tasted like the chef deeply cared about what it would be received like. The portion size was great, the taste as authentic as it gets and the cocktails were wow! I’d lost my interest in cocktails with how diluted they make them everywhere. But here, they were top class too! Thanks to Elena & Miraya for their lovely and friendly hospitality. :)

Had an amazing time at Gallio! The food was absolutely delicious, and you can tell everything is made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The slow-cooked beef and saffron seafood stew were standouts – the beef was so tender and full of flavor, and the seafood stew had such a rich, aromatic broth that paired perfectly with the bread. The staff were super friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was relaxed yet vibrant. As someone from the Chinese community, I was pleasantly surprised by how well the Mediterranean flavors suited our taste preferences – light, fresh, and perfectly balanced. Will definitely be coming back with friends to share the experience. Highly recommend this place!

We were group of 5, and had booked this place for dinner post electric shuffle and food was really outstanding. Such great flavours, the flavours in their tabbouli was just hands down best I had eaten ever ( despite it wasn’t authentic base of tabbouli using wheat but was made using brown rice & quinoa) and hummus was so nice and creamy. We had ordered almost everything that was vegetarian on menu- Za’atar flatbtead, hummus, fatteh pita chips, baked halloumi, sesame coated falafel, truffle patatas, tabbouleh grain chilli salad, flame baked cauliflower. Staff was really cordial, courteous & patient. I really wish & hope they open one more branch somewhere in central London or around liverpool street. I absolutely loved it & would highly recommend if you are out & about in canary wharf & want to eat mediterranean (lebanese) food.

Just finished my pizza making experience. It was amazing!! Mohammed provided an outstanding service! He was funny, charismatic and made it such an enjoyable experience. 10/10! Great value for money!!!

Chef clearly cares about the food he/she serves. We had the set menu and I must say it didn't feel like a set menu. There was plenty of food beautifully served and very tasty. Great settings. Lovely attentive and engaging waiter. Will be back.

It was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We visited lunchtime yesterday just for a quick drink. However, when we got there, we were tempted by the lunchtime offer of 2 or 3 courses for £20 or £25. I had the pea ravioli to start and fish and chips for mains. Everything was perfect, very tasty and fresh, and a good-sized portion despite being an offer. Service was faultless, just right not overdone or in your face. Everything at the right time. Lovely cosy pub and surroundings next to the river overlooking the 02 arena. Great outside area for the sunny days, too, with bar and music with the perfect Thames view. This is gem of a place and we'll worth a visit.

It's a really lovely pub in a lovely setting. The food is very good and so is the attention of their staff. We found some dishes a bit too pricey (dover sole), that's the only negative thing I would say, but the quality was very good. We'll definitely be back

We visited The Gun on a Sunday for drinks while working along the riverside. From the outside, we didn’t expect it to be so fancy inside—it was a pleasant surprise! The waiters were well-dressed and very polite. The roast food looked amazing, with massive Yorkshire puddings, although the prices seemed a bit on the higher side from what we saw on the menu. We're hoping to come back and try the food soon—will update the review when we do. We sat outside on the new terrace, which was great. There’s plenty of space, and it felt warm and cosy even in winter. However, the drinks selection outside was a bit disappointing, so it’s probably better to head inside for more options. As a Fuller’s pub, they had the expected drinks selection. We had an Asahi, Neck Oil, and a very nice ale—three drinks came to just under £20. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this pub for a relaxing Sunday drink. It’s very comfortable, the view from the terrace is lovely, and the atmosphere makes it worth a visit.

We went there before Xmas for a family dinner. Food was delicious and good value. Service was excellent and they reserved a free car park space for us in front of the restaurant as well which was great! Our server Angel was excellent. We had the £40 Christmas meal, which included soup, lobster and tiramisu. The lobster was on the smaller size (minus 1 star for this) but we ordered grilled squid (recommended by them) and mussels as starters so we were very full. Both starters were highly recommended. They were fresh and portion size were generous too! Oysters were delicious. Even their fries were good, crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. Yummy. Oh forgot to say, steak was a but chewy, so many not have steaks at a seafood restaurant! It's not our first visit and will definitely go back there again. Check out their daily special menu before you go. They are very good value. We also went to their Holborn branch before but we preferred the Canary wharf one, the sitting felt more comfortable.

Lovely ambience, great place for couples, very tasty seafood. Came here for my Birthday celebrations, had a great time. My own lot downfall was the time it took to get our drinks. And to get our order taken, we sat for a while. Apart from that it’s a really great place. The salad was so fresh and the chips were straight from the pot! Super hot and tasty 😋

We ordered oysters, fruits de mer, mussels/prawns casserole, grilled mixed seafood. Amazing grilled prawns, squid and octopus - can taste the charcoal. Service was amazing as well - Diogo was our waiter, he was very good with the kids! Will definitely be coming back.

I had the most perfect seafood lunch with my friends, super happy and full! 🥹💙 We ordered quite a lot but finished everything, it was that bloody good!! We ordered lobster gratin platter, lobster linguine, fresh oyster, seafood rice, and sangria. Everything was so flavorful, even the chips on the bottom of the platter, so damn delicious! Food coma after but so worth it! 🦐🐚🦞 The staff Diogo and Arya we're equally friendly and accommodating, even took photos and did the surprise birthday treat for our friend. Will definitely come back! 🥰

We had an incredible evening at Bokan yesterday, enjoying the 7-course Tasting Experience menu paired with a breathtaking view. Each dish was delightful and expertly crafted with seasonal ingredients. We also loved the warmth and attentiveness of the team and the chef Robert, which made the experience even more memorable. I highly recommend this fantastic spot!

Worth absolutely every single penny of our 500£ bill. These people know the ACTUAL meaning of bottomless champagne. Whenever my glass was even 1/3rd full, they would come and pour more. The service was exceptional. The chef did an astonishing job with the meals. Not would, but I am visiting this again on my next work trip to London.

Visited with my wife on NYE and we had an exceptional lunch coupled with great service. Solid 4 stars for Roe. The food was presented beautifully and was delicious. It came out quickly too, although it wasn’t very busy at 2pm. The service was warm, friendly and attentive, which is what you’d expect for a high end restaurant. The only minor gripe we had was the price. £18 for a glass of house sparkling wine…4 small starters, main, shared dessert and bottle of wine set us back ~£250. I’d recommend coming here but expect to pay a premium.

Delicious food and very friendly service! We enjoyed everything, especially the banana parfait dessert! For my personal preferences the daily special (port ribs) and the cuttlefish toast were really salty, but my partner enjoyed them, so I think it was due to personal preference. The cocktails were outstanding and we really enjoyed our meal through and though!

We had a wonderful dining experience here! While the portions are on the smaller side, it's perfect for sharing a variety of dishes with friends. Everything we ordered was outstanding. We were fortunate to snag a table without a reservation, and the open-concept kitchen added to the lively atmosphere. Although the restaurant looked busy, it didn't feel overcrowded. My husband and I found Little Green Vietnamese Fusion Kitchen through Google search and we are so happy we did. The staff were welcoming, the decor was relaxing, meals were authentic and not to mention delicious. We tried Sake for the first time and now we are hooked ☺️ The prices were affordable and they offer specials for each day they open, so kool. Having been there twice now, it's definitely a must-eat restaurant whenever we visit Canary Wharf. Overall, the restaurant is very cozy and we absolutely love it here 💯

This Vietnamese spot is right below my house, so I find it very convenient to stop by and grab a bite whenever I am in the mood for noodles, or bao, or rice, basically Asian food. Almost everything on their menu is very good, tasty, with good quality ingredients and a decent portion size. Highly recommend the pork bao and the green papaya salad.

I went to Little Green on a recommendation from a good friend. OMG - the food was out of this world. I didn't know this gem existed as it quite hidden away ... but now I know so will be back very soon.

Went yesterday for dinner with friends. Food was really good! We shared several starters and mains, I particularly liked the summer rolls, squid and my HK milk tea with Ai Yu jelly. Our waiter was Peter. A lovely young chap that was very professional and patient with us, a bunch of talkative mums on a night out! 5 out of 5 for this hidden gem, I'll definitely be back with my daughter to try their Pho. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
