We went here for lunch as it recently opened in town. The menu was great - the waiter was helpful in guiding us through the cheese options. We had a solo cheese board to share, along with five small plates. The food was exceptional, and the portions were very generous. We highly recommend trying the Sussex Brie drizzled with honey, the truffle mac and cheese, the Burrata, and the baked goat cheese

My friend and I had a brilliant night here last night. Great atmosphere. Tastefully decorated. All the staff were super warm, friendly and knowledgeable. The meats were melt-in-the-mouth incredible and the cheeses were exquisite. The wines we enjoyed were out of this world. We had gluten free bread and crackers. We ordered the Perfect Pair, Baked Camembert (best I have ever had) and garlic mushrooms. We very nearly finished it all. Will definitely be back! Such a fantastic addition to the High Street. I wish everyone at B & B every success in their new venture.

Absolutely loved everything about this place. Came here with my mum for dinner and we had a board to share - the cheeses and meats were lovely and there were lots of options to choose from. We were really looked after from start to finish. Will definitely be back and recommending to all my friends. Thank you so much for having us.

We recently hosted our friends farewell party at Board and Barrel in Chislehurst, hiring the upstairs space. From start to finish, the service was absolutely incredible. Kriti accommodated every single one of requests to make the evening personal and fun. It was a fantastic evening, and we can’t wait to go back. If you’re looking for a venue with exceptional service, amazing food and drink, and wonderful hosts, look no further than Board and Barrel. Came to Board and Barrel for dinner a few days after they had opened, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive despite being busy. We had the solo board along with 3 side plates that were exquisite, the board was big and packed with condiments, cheese and meat. Overall the ambience and atmosphere of the place is pleasant with a lovely choice of music. I could not have asked for more from the lovely team at board and barrel and I will most certainly be visiting again
