âThis place is a hidden gem! I have been living in Charlton for 4 years and I could never imagine that we could find the best Filipino food in London in my doorstep. The food is authentic and rich, the pork belly and the crispy pata (pork leg) are one of the best meals Iâve ever had!! Itâs extremely crunchy and juicy and succulent, I have no words to describe it and I highly recommend you check out. All the dishes are delicious and the owners are very friendly. For a moment I thought I was in Philippines.â

âWhat to say about Cutty Sark. The place is very nice and located in front of the water. I have been there with few friends during the week for dinner and we had a really good time. As soon as we entered, we were surprised by the interior, which was very cool. Once we placed the order, it didn't take long before our food arrived on the table and it was all really good. So good that we had to much I will say :). The dessert was ok but not at the same expectations as the main courses. The price as I was expecting so no surprises. I will be back again and recommend to others.â

âWhat an exceptional surprise to find that a rooftop of this caliber offers free access! Kudos to everyone who made this possible. The process of acquiring the free tickets was seamless, and the entry experience was well-organized, with the right level of security and efficient queue management. Once inside, we were greeted by a stunning and spectacular garden in the cloudsâtruly a sight to behold. What impressed me even more was the pricing at the bar. Youâd expect sky-high prices or to be bombarded with overpriced souvenirs, but that wasnât the case at all. The bar had accessible, reasonably priced options that made it easy to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views. A must-visit destination in London, and one I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique and memorable experience.â

âNot five stars for the tiny, narrow seats in the arena not suitable for anyone above a size 12. Honestly I was humbled, so humbled. Went to the O2 for Capitals jingle bell ball, I had an absolute blast! The atmosphere in the area itself was great and even though I thought my seats were miles away from the stage I was actually in a decent location. The staff are lovely and ready to help direct you to anywhere you need in there. The condition of the stadium is good. My beer was ÂŁ9.80 so not cheap but what did I expect. I got lunch in one of the restaurants and then had a wander before heading into the actual arena. Honestly a really lovely evening.â

âNice place in the area. I tried the Adana Kebab, which was good. The Mantı was tasty, but the portion was very small and not worth the price. I probably wonât order it again. The same goes for the mezes, kisir, and sarma, which were smaller than expected for the price. The toilets were clean, and the service was fast.â

âAlways lively down here on a summer day. Can sit by the river. Pub is the best in the area. Classic old pub look inside, reasonable selection on tap. Got TV for sports, jukebox too. Sitting outside in the beer garden by the river is best though.â

âThis was a real find! Lovely atmosphere inside, everything is nicely decorated in an Ecuadorian way, but we decided to sit outside in the equally lovely garden, which contains a beautiful mural. We had to wait for one person to join us for a considerable time and the owner looked after us in a very friendly manner during that time. The food was wonderful, we shared Patatas Bravas, Champions al Ajillo, and Camarones Apanados, the latter being my absolute favourite. They were a recommendation by the owner, as was my main course, the Pincho de Pollo, which was exquisite. The restaurant closes at 2:30 for the afternoon, but we had such a good time, we lost track of time and we werenât asked to leave, very nicely, until half an hour later. Sorry about that, thanks for making us feel so welcome throughout our stay! We will come again if weâre in the area!â

Nine Lounge
228 Tunnel Ave, London SE10 0PL, UK

âSo this was my first time at Nine. Me and wife went for a meal for our 16th wedding anniversary. The restaurant is on the 8th floor of the Raddison Red hotel in Greenwich. We were met downstairs in the lobby area approximately 5 minutes after arriving and were taken up to the restaurant. First thing I noted is that there is no cloakroom, and you have to hang your coat on the back of your chair, which is a little awkward when you have a winter over coat. The views were very pleasant and good for taking pics. The food was not bad, but a little overpriced. I had the steak as my main. It was very soft and tender, however the sauce and mash were very rich. After a few mouthfuls it becomes quite heavy on the stomach. My wife had the chicken, which was also quite nice but I wouldnât say it was amazing. Overall, it is a nice place with a nice atmosphere and vibe.â
