I was quoted £410 to replace a faulty front door lock by another independent local company, so I phoned JCM and the guy on the phone got me to email pictures of the problem, he then phoned me back no more than 2 minutes after I'd sent the pictures and asked me to double check some of the locks functions, I did this over the phone and he then said he thinks the mechanism has marginally moved and if I take a particular part of the door lock off the door frame and pack 1mm - 2mm of cardboard or a spacer in the gap then it should fix the problem. The next day I did exactly that and yes it fixed the problem saving me over £400. This sort of customer service is unusual these days and hopefully this review will help others make a decision on which company to use. Highly recommended.

Needed a cracked fob replaced and key cut on my Lexus. Excellent, friendly, helpful service and very inexpensive relative to a car dealership or similar car key replacement business. Absolutely worthwhile. Thank you for a great experience.

Excellent service! I locked my keys in the Safe and batteries had died. Nightmare!!! as I needed my Apple Watch/Documents etc pronto. Tim at JCM and locksmiths magically opened the safe like a PRO. Now everything is great for me again
