Dropped in for a battery replacement and seal on a vintage watch - service was impeccable. Friendly, quick, reasonable and once again you leave feeling like Timpsons is the best value and the best customer service on the high street.
Guys made my day:) I went there in a hope for them helping me with extra holes in my belt. I asked how much did they charge and the lovely girl answered " We don't charge for that:)" I am surprised people do those complimentary things for those who didn't order anything else. It really felt good, like in a fairytale:) Thank you guys!
Great service and the guys are always friendly and helpful when I've been there. Last visited to get a key cut but they'd just run out of that particular key. Good to their word, supplies were in the next day and all sorted.
