Simply amazing! I'd been searching for a particular type of old inside door lock online for a couple of weeks by (as instructed by 'experts') Googling the dimensions of the backset, the height and depth of the case and the forend length, however had no luck whatsoever. Even tried the 'genius' of ChatGPT, all to no avail. So just decided to go into Saxon's with the broken lock I needed replacing, just on the off chance that they might be able to direct me to a website that could potentially help - however they did much better than that - in literally less than 30 seconds, they'd found the perfect match, there in the shop. Oh my days! Talk about lock stock! Where are the two smokin' barrels? I'm in locksmith heaven! Ten quid, job done, blummin' happy lad!! Got home, fixed it straight in, job's a good'un! Full marks! Decent blokes an' all!

Excellent customer service. Door locking mechanism wasn't working, popped in to Saxon and after explaining the situation they had an engineer booked that afternoon, sorted in no time. Friendly, helpful service, highly recommend!

My tenant had a problem with the bolt locking system fitted to the high-security front doors on the 'homes for heroes' Totterdown Estate in Tooting. I called Saxon Security Locks, who fixed the mechanism the next day. Excellent service!

I just want say a massive thank you to Nicky at saxon locks. From the 1st phone call to try and change a lock from a 40 year old safe that we originally brought from them it took a few hour for her to source. We live 3 and 1/2 hours away. She was polite and very friendly and enthusiastic about trying to get an outcome which she did so well and they will send us the new mechanism. Thank you so much and would recommend 100%.

I can't thank saxon enough, they were excellent service from start to finish, from the office staff who took my booking to the gentleman who came promptly to fix the locks. as I m not a. expert in this area ,but needed sturdy locks on my front door, they advised me very professionally, send me photos of the locks to view and choose their quote absolutely matched with the final invoice, gauntee ,receipts and full paperwork supplied by the fitter. no rip off here!!!!! the quality and installation were excellent, second to none the fitter took away all the dust and even took the old locks away ,for free, for metal recycling. wow!!! I am extremely satisfied with the service, also they don't make you wait weeks and weeks , no problem to get a fitting date easily. the fitters all have the company vans etc,so no security issues ,also you pay over the phone, by a card, no cash ,which means that when the job is done, you are happy with the work, then you can pay. superb service,will highly recommend to friends and family. kind regards
