Can't thank the key engineer enough. Very polite, turned up on time. Vtech Civic (a very old one). Saved my hassles by creating a new key fob and key. Made a new key in extremely reasonable time. Very mobile and came to the house. Good value for money. Thank you for your service. Definitely recommend to use them rather than chasing completely the wrong technicians to save 20 or 30 pounds

Spent several hours on a Monday morning looking for my car keys to no avail. Couldn’t risk not getting to work again so contacted auto locksmith. Got in touch very quickly, arrived within 45mins as stated and managed to produce a replacement car key in about the same time. Life is now back on track as a result of a quick service. Very polite and professional. Not intending to lose a key ever again but would use the service again if I did.

From the initial call to Henry, who put my mind to rest with accurate quote and fast availability of mobile engineers, Teo called me ahead of time and met me within the quoted time. Obviously a very experienced guy who had me back on the road within an hour or arrival.
