I have called out Callow on 4 separate occasions and never had a bad experience. They respond quickly, the service is friendly and efficient and you are never overcharged. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Ended up getting in touch with Callow after a more local locksmith let us down for a non urgent change of door locks. Appointment within a week, and when they were unexpectedly able to visit earlier in the day they rang to check if it would suit me better. Very happy indeed with the service, which was great, and for a fair price

Good old fashioned service from skilled professional people who don't just talk themselves up but are genuinely experts and know what they are doing. I've been there to the shop several times now and there are never any dramas. They're always on the ball and know what they're talking about. They also saved me money and explained that I didn't need a new mortise lock as the issue was with the key , not the lock.I also needed an extra fob recently and they programmed a new one in a matter of seconds and it worked perfectly. It's very rare nowadays to find a company that's consistently reliable and professional but Callow locksmiths really are exactly that. Prices are reasonable too. Long may they continue.
