Arrived in ten minutes when I had locked myself out of my flat. Great, straightforward service! And fantastic rate, thought I was going to have to pay over a hundred, luckily not!

I required a late night call-out in Hammersmith for a broken motorbike disc lock. The attending locksmith arrived within 10 minutes of my call and set about removing it. Communication was swift, pricing was very fair and transparent, and overall trustworthy and pleasant. I would not hesitate to recommend BMS again.

After getting locked out, the operator immediately dispatched the locksmith who arrived within 15 minutes and was able to quickly get the door open. The locksmith, Nick, was very knowledgeable, and explained the lockout, how to avoid getting locked out, as well as some safety advice. Excellent and affordable service, much better than franchise locksmiths. Highly recommended.

Really impressed by the speed and service I received! After having my bag stolen last night with my keys inside, I was locked out of my bedroom. I rang BMS and someone was over within 15 mins which for a Sunday morning was above and beyond what I was expecting. Such a reasonable cost too - highly recommend for emergencies!!
