Called Thames Locksmiths and spoke to Neil. I had a problem with my backdoor lock and Neil said he could come out immediately but as it was a simple problem, he talked me through the resolution on the phone to avoid the call out fee. It was an excellent and honest decision and I highly recommend Neil' services.

Thames Lock came out really quickly when my door got stuck. He was able to fix the problem and adjusted the door so it doesn’t happen again!
