I cannot recommend Junior enough, exactly what you are looking for with a tradesman - excellent communication, came when he said, really friendly and identified the issue and fixed it with no fuss. I will not be using anyone else for my locks.

Key snapped in lock of UPVC multi-point door. Arrived within 20 minutes, opened door, replaced lock, now works better than original! Excellent, friendly service with very reasonable charging.

Junior and his Dad were brilliant. Visit 1 was to get me back in, Junior came the next day as his Dad believed there was an issue which meant the locking mechanism would meed replacing. Once he tried the lock several times, added WD40 (or similar) he informed me no replacement was needed! I value his honesty and know several neighbours have used the company and they recommended them in my hour of need! Thanks Laura
