TJ is one in a million! I inadvertently closed my front door while the key was inside and could not open the door from the outside. TJ attended to me in less than 20mins as promised and worked diligently without giving up on the challenge that we faced. He stayed positive and upbeat through out and took my ideas and suggestions without hesitation. In the end he successfully managed to bore through the key barrel and use his expertise to finally prise the door open. After all the effort he made, he gave me a fair price that is well deserved.
