I was really impressed with the efficiency both on the phone and the service in person. They came much quicker than I expected and got the job done for a better price than I anticipated. Would definitely recommend and use again. The locksmith was called Jim and he was really trustworthy.

i was locked out my car 10pm in a petrol station. Called city auto locksmith london and he came immediately, within 30 minutes he was with me and working on accessing the car…. No damage at all and even cut a 2nd key on the spot….. absolutely brilliant service start to finish. I recommend jim at city auto locksmith London as a must if you unfortunately need help with car lockout/keys. A+++++++

Really impressed by Jim. He came round to identify the problem (knackered ignition barrel) on my old car with parts therefore obviously harder to come by. 24 hours later he had sourced a part and driven to collect it and had fixed the issue for me. Can't recommend enough and will give his details to anyone in a similar spot to me. Trustworthy, good communication, top bloke!
