Excellent service. Called due to front door handle breaking and only had to wait 30 minutes (had to do school pick up) and lovely locksmith Ray had new door handle on front door and made sure that I was able to open and lock door. Highly recommend. Also Ian who I spoke to over the phone was very friendly.

I had Graham round to my property this morning to look at and fix a master conservatory door. He managed to fix it quickly and re adjust the alignment. Very friendly and professional, quick service. Was given an appointment for the next day and turned up on time 😉 excellent service. I will be sure to use again and would definitely recommend this company.👍

Great Service ...I had 2 interior doors that had locks but no keys .I did a test run on their service , they visited took the lock away and came back with the amount of keys required and refitted the lock .I was so pleased at the way the work was conducted that I called them back the next day to do the other door lock .The work was carried out by Raymond a great guy who was very efficient and courteous. Ian has been really helpful in sorting out a new battery in my car keys. He charged around £4 whereas Timpson quoted me £18! He also kindly helped me with replacing the battery in my digital kitchen scale. Quick service and excellent customer service!
