Could not thank the staff enough for their support, and kindness they showed our family at the most difficult time of our lives of having to have our beautiful dog buddy to sleep, the staff explained everything to us, and couldn’t have been more supportive, definitely go above and beyond for animals ❤️
Angels on Earth! My baby girl broke all four bones in her right back leg. Thanks to you guys she will be able to run again soon. Great surgeons, vets, nurses and receptionist. I can’t thank you all enough for your care, help, kindness and support.
I had an emergency on Boxing Day and was welcomed by a lovely nurse ( sorry I forgot to ask your name, blond young lady) and seen by a vet called Laura. My dog is quite difficult to handle but Laura was very understanding and handled her with love, compassion and with great professionalism. She went even further and book me an appointment for surgery the day after to get my dog out of pain quickly. I can say that I agree with some of the other reviews as some other vets there are not so great or compassionate people. Thank you Laura and nurse on duty today to keep PDSA score high 🙏🏻❤️
