Dr Sheldon has been our family vet for over 10 years and we are very happy with him and the whole team. Always very efficient , professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them!

Excellent, caring service with a very sensitive approach toward budget. Our beloved, and uninsured, cat Albert had persistent, mysterious health issues throughout the last few months of 2018. Sheldon provided incredibly thorough care, whilst always being mindful to do diagnostic examinations in stages to be respectful of our budget - never doing unnecessary examinations until all other options had been eliminated. Albert received top notch medical care the whole way and is now in full health again. Many thanks to the team at Village Vet Highgate for constantly going above and beyond to deliver the best care. My original review in early 2018: Had to take our cat Albert in for a haircut and some dental work. The vets were lovely and did a fantastic job - he's a new man since having 3 rotten teeth removed, a much happier chap. The whole process was handled fantastically at Village Vet Highgate, with us being kept constantly updated by phone on Albert's progress. He's had a few complimentary check-ups since the procedure to ensure all is healing well, and because he had dental work he now receives complimentary 6 month dental checks for the rest of his life. Great experience all round. Thanks!

I took Minna, my 18 years old rescue dog to London Vet Clinic, to see Dr Bruce Fogle for a dental consultation, on 16th July 2024. Minna was attacked a few years ago and was severely traumatised. Visits to vets cause great anxiety in her. Instead of waiting inside, we sat on a chair outside, arranged by the considerate and kind staff in front of the clinic, and waited for our turn. Dr Fogle came out promptly, fully knowledgeable about Minnaâs past, and examined her mouth outside where we were comfortably sitting. By examining Minna outside instead of in the consultation room he saved Minna from growing more anxious. He is the most CARING, confident and accommodating vet I have ever met and I could ever meet. The advice we were given was fully satisfactory and thoroughly favouring an old dogâs needs. It was an honour to meet Dr Fogle. We send him and his wonderful staff our heartfelt thanks.

My dog is quite anxious, and taking him to the vet can be so frustrating as he won't let anyone touch / examine him. Natalia has been so amazing with him, I feel so lucky to have found her. She really cares about him and thinks ahead of how to accommodate him and support him when he is sick. She is always extremely responsive and thinks outside the box when needed. Having a rescue dog can be so scary from time to time and I can't stress enough how grateful I am to have her as my dog's vet.

A special thank you to Dr. Adam Rouan for the incredible care he gave my 7-month-old kitten. She had quite a few issues, and Adam went above and beyond to figure out the best treatment with minimal side effects. This was particularly important since my kitten was so small at the time, and many medications carried risks. He was so patient and thorough, and itâs clear he genuinely cares about the animals he looks after. I am very grateful that he treats her with so much care, has attention to detail and a sincere desire to help. And I think my adorable kitten stole his heart ;) Also, a big thank you to the lovely ladies at reception, Serena and Jasmin, who are always so friendly and helpful, making every visit much easier and nurse Jessica with her sweet little Poppy that brightens everyoneâs day. Youâve all been amazingâthank you so much!

I have been to many vets over the 15 years ive had dogs and this place is by faaaar the BEST place i have taken my dogs. The doctor i saw was Helen and she was absolutely incredible. Lolas checkup lasted 30 minutes and every question i had was answered, every issue addressed and lola had a thorough checkup done. All healthy and good. The appointment didn't feel rushed AT ALL and i felt very comfortable and sensed a good vibe the whole time i was there. I was never forced to stick unnecessary vaccines into my dog, buy dog food from them or get a dirty look when i told her my 8 year old was not spayed. I find this is very common with many vets ive visited, which really puts me off and i find myself looking for a new vet every time they try to force their beliefs onto me and not respect my decision. I can already sense that i wont be changing vets again anytime soon! All the staff there were polite, kind and so lovely. Lola walked away with a tummy full of treats too, so she wasn't complaining either. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who's looking for a place to take their dog and who genuinely cares about their dogs health.

This is the best vet surgery with a fantastic friendly team. We moved to them when our dog had been diagnosed with diabetes and another practice had not provided good support. Sarah was superb from the start and I really regret not finding the Liverpool Road Medivet team earlier. Sadly our dog died recently. We couldn't have found a more comforting and sympathetic surgery to put her down and are really grateful for Sarah's support at a horrible time. I can't recommend Sarah and her team enough and thank them for supporting us.

Fantastic veterinary clinic. The staff is so warm and welcoming, both our dogs get so excited to visit (probably because they know they get treats). A+ service and very knowledgeable veterinarians.

Really good vet clinic in Islington. We moved inside the area and started going to Zasman later on - I was pleased to see more reasonable prices compared to the precious place, but most importantly - fabulous level of care and professionalism. Staff really know your petâs name and everyone feels like they care :)

Absolute, top notch Vet in Islington. The team here are *always* willing to answer my questions as a new puppy parent, squeeze me in for last minute appointments, and give me puppy advice. They are the warmest, and most kind group of professionals. Special shoutout to Ella, Charla, and Mary for being so so kind. So grateful to have this location so close to my flat.

Wow!! The most professional team of people. So appreciative to have such a service in our community. Michelle is the most caring, compassionate, thorough & competent vet we could have asked for. A beautiful Soul. Thank you so much to the other staff too including the hospital vet who was also amazing & the front desk staff. Blessings to you all from Nour the cat & family.

Great vet brilliant care and treatment of my pet. The vet was open and transparent regarding my pets health treatment and costs and was very approachable friendly and professional. They're been superb at putting my pet and me as her owner at ease and gave me confidence Lilly was in safe hands. They entirely removed any idea that they might in any way be treating for treating sake they only did what was needed and they did it well. I was highly impressed

Always a pleasant experience taking my cat to The Animal Clinic. All the staff are friendly and extremely helpful and the veterinarians take good care of my boy every time. Would recommend to anyone to register their pet there

This isnât our usual vet - which is 150 miles away - but am now registered for when we are in London with our Tibetan, Ted. I am extremely glad we found such an excellent practice. Our 12 year old dog became ill suddenly and it was very worrying. Everyone I interacted with on the phone and at the practice was lovely & Jill, the vet was thorough and very reassuring. Thank you.

I had an emergency on Boxing Day and was welcomed by a lovely nurse ( sorry I forgot to ask your name, blond young lady) and seen by a vet called Laura. My dog is quite difficult to handle but Laura was very understanding and handled her with love, compassion and with great professionalism. She went even further and book me an appointment for surgery the day after to get my dog out of pain quickly. I can say that I agree with some of the other reviews as some other vets there are not so great or compassionate people. Thank you Laura and nurse on duty today to keep PDSA score high đđťâ¤ď¸

I would like to share my experience with the veterinarian David Condesa Rubiera. My dog Rico is almost 15 years old, so you can imagine how many veterinarian I have had to visit over the years. David is by far the best! My dog has a lot of health issues and needed to have 26 teeth removed. Other vets have refused to remove them due to my dogs heart condition and age, but David did not hesitate. He went through the pros and cons and all worked out well. He was recommended to me by other dog owners who also speak so highly of him. David is extremely professional, gets to the point, patient, caring and understanding. I can not speak any higher of him. Thank you David.

An amazing team of people who are understanding and caring. I was desperate for an appointment, my usual branch didnât have any as I had missed the appointment due to being stuck in traffic, but my poor cat had a wound under his neck and needed to be seen. Receptionist was swift to find the same day appointment for us. Vet Grace was absolutely fantastic and understanding, she and the nurse working the shift with her took great care of my cat ( heâs not a great fan of the vets and gets into his tiger mode). Grace suggested the best way for me to treat my poorly cat at home? understood my financial situation and why I opted for a home care option rather than having him treated at the vets for a few days. Keeping in touch with the surgery via email and sending them pictures with updates of the wound gave me assurance that everything will be okay. Thank you team!â¤ď¸ Definitely recommend signing up with this branch if you havenât already!

By far the best experience I have ever had with a veterinary team. They care as much about our animals as we do! Through ups and downs, David and his team support has been unwavering. We canât thank them enough for their dedication.

I had been with medivet for 10 year and with Cross Street branch at least 7years. I had to take my cats abroad with me since I moved for work. David was super helpful with the paperwork. Also he prioritized my bookings to speed up the time sensitive process. I strongly recommend Medivet as they are experienced in pet export processes and all the other cat health issues.

Great welcome at reception. The vet was kind and practical. I particularly appreciated she did not try to "up sell". She recognised Gen is healthy and well cared for so additional treatments, especially dental, would be superfluous.

Our 1.5 years old female British Blue female seemed to have a UTI (on a Saturday at 8-9pm) so we called the London Animal Hospital and they said that while non life threatening she must have been in pain and they could see her soon. The vet and the nurse on call were both super kind and would explain everything in details to us. You can tell that they love animals and are super competent. I couldnât recommend more this place to look well after your pets

Wonderful team! I can't praise Venus enough. She is always so helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient - I feel like she is two steps ahead of us and knows what we need even before we do. Everyone is so nice, warm, welcoming, and approachable. They answer all our questions with such detail, you can tell they are passionate about what they do, and there is always a smile.

Village Vet St Johns Wood has been my vet practice for almost 25 years. Over the last eight years with my two rescue cats in particular, they have always gone above and beyond with their care, compassion and expertise. I still treasure their kindness and empathy when our darling Norma Jeane died suddenly and unexpectedly of a heart attack this summer. Her brother Arthur has had various and often serious and complicated health issues over the last few years too, but this practice has been incredible. Every member of staff from the lovely receptionists, to wonderful vet nurse Alex to the amazing vet Kelly have gone out of their way to find the best way to keep him happy and healthy, often working many hours in their own time to search for solutions. The staff here all clearly have huge love and care for all the animals they look after. Arthur is currently purring away next to me contentedly and it's all down to the truly wonderful staff at Village Vet St John's Wood.

Village Vet is a wonderful place. I've been with them for years and I've always received exceptional care for my pets. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. When I temporarily moved to another area I was disappointed with the service at the local clinic. Neither my cat nor I felt the same level of warmth attention and kindness that we've always experienced at Village Vet. I returned to Village Vet even though it meant a longer commute. Thank you for all the years of excellent care you've provided to me and my furry friends.

Happy with the service and the staff at the reception was so polite and kept apologising for the delay but was understandable with the cases needed to be seen first and the vet explained in details so peace of mind and relief my issue was dealt and resolved

I would love to thank the amazing staff at Streatham Hill Vets after the wonderful and most thoughtful gift they sent my mum today, after losing her very old cat Tinkerbell a couple of months ago, today she received the most sweetest remembrance of her beloved Cat. Beautiful footprints and a snipping of her beautiful black coat. It made my mum very emotional but with happy memories of her 17 year old cat. The timing was perfect, you really did a great job of caring for her baby when she was poorly and making the heartbreaking process easier to manage. Well done guys, a massive Pat on the back to you guys for being so so thoughtful. Canât thank you enough for making my mums day. I really do appreciate everything youâve done then and today. Canât recommend you guys enough. Rachel

I took my dog here as she was still poorly having visited our own vet the day before. They were helpful friendly and a vet who cared about Maisie and actually looked at her injury which my own vet didn't bother doing. Well done I will definitely return.

We are always welcomed when we visit the vet. The vets are always able to calm Mia by stroking and communicating with her in a soft tone, which she is always receptive to. If the visit is for a check up, the vets are very thorough in their examination and always provide clear information on Mia's current health and any possible future health issues. Great service all round!
