Was looking for somewhere close to eat when in Soho and noticed this had great ratings on Google. We were accommodated with seating downstairs although we did not have a reservation. The ambiance does not follow a traditional Indian diner, which is reassuring as this place is different. The seating environment is small and cosy with sufficient space between tables to avoid disruption. Having not read reviews, I was not aware that this was a different type of Indian eatery, I found out after instructions on ordering were provided by the informed waitress. This is tapas style eatery with Indian inspired dishes. I have frequented many Indian restaurants and had amazing dishes at home however the taste of this food is completely different from any food tasted before. A truly enjoyable experience with items on the menu that I had not seen in other restaurants with exquisite flavours and textures. Service charge is not included which was refreshing, so I left a huge tip.

This restaurant was stellar! Has a bit of a wait but well worth it. My friend and I got a few plates to share and were thrilled with everything we got. I’d recommend only 4 plates for two ppl as 5 felt like a lot when dessert. Highly recommend the momos, chili paneer, the sesame vegetables, and the mock chicken. The sizzling brownie is an absolute must. Drinks were delicious to make an overall amazing evening. Highly recommend this place!

This is the gold standard for indo-Chinese cuisine in London for me now. What a flavorful menu chock full of delicious items. The lamb rib was exquisite. The monkfish curry was mouthwatering. So many good items that I won’t bore with descriptions of each. Sufficed to say, this place lives up to the hype. Great and friendly service too! 5 stars all around.

We went to Fatt Pundit with high expectations, after reading several positive reviews, and we weren't disappointed at all! From the start, we loved the atmosphere of the place. The food was simply delicious. We tried the momos, the noodles, and the chicken wings, and each dish was full of flavor. You can tell the quality of the ingredients and the careful preparation. I even decided to try a cocktail, which turned out to be a great choice. Without a doubt, Fatt Pundit is an excellent option if you are visiting London and looking for a different culinary experience. The fusion of flavors is truly interesting and satisfying. I highly recommend booking a table, as it is a popular place and tends to get busy.

The highlight of my meal was the Loaded Avocado on Toast—a dish that truly exceeded my expectations, so we ordered another one. The perfectly ripe avocado, paired with the vibrant flavors of the toppings, was nothing short of spectacular. It’s clear that great attention is paid to the quality and freshness of the ingredients. I opted for the Dirty Daisy, which was as delightful. A special shoutout goes to Emily (not sure about her name, it was the blonde lady that served us and, of course, Stephane), the hostess who provided exceptional service throughout my visit. Her welcoming demeanor, attentiveness, and genuine enthusiasm made me feel valued and added a personal touch to the experience. Scarlett Green has left a lasting impression, and I can’t wait to return to try more of their offerings. Highly recommend!

THIS is the breakfast spot you’re looking for! Amazing food, beautiful and fun atmosphere, and I can’t speak highly enough about the friendly and welcoming people. We were visiting London, celebrating our 20th Wedding anniversary, and this was the perfect spot for breakfast on our last day in England. We ordered the banana bread sandwich and the Dirty Daisy, and both were incredible. They also offer a bottomless brunch! Highly recommend!!

I really enjoyed this contemporary European restaurant, a short walk from Piccadilly Circus. A decent range of mains including burgers, salads, risotto and pasta dishes. The desserts were high quality too…stand out items include the chocolate fondant and tiramisu. It was pretty quiet for lunch over the Christmas period, an escape from the throngs of people outside. Lovely staff too. Recommended.

I was luckily to have experienced fine dining with the exquisite Bantof. The food is out of this world. I give a huge compliment to the staff, the management and the Chef. The ambience was quite upbeat. The whole place was very chic and quite tastefully designed. I guarantee that once you have tried any of the dishes, you will not stop telling your friends and families. The plethora of flavour my tastebuds enjoyed will never be ignored. I can't believe what a beautiful gem Bantof is. I strongly recommend this restaurant. My friends and I had this to eat. The Christmas Dinner that my company hosted at Bantof was wonderful. Great food, and service, very professional to deal with. Christiana and the team are great, friendly, helpful, and very professional. All my colleagues loved the Christmas dinner at Bantof, they said it was the best they’ve ever had. I’m glad I found Bantof and stayed within the budget.

Came here for Saturday brunch, there was no need for reservation. The team was nice and attentive. The food was also unique and delicious. The spot also looks ideal for a dinner or drinks later in the day. The restaurant is also beautiful.

Our first time here and we loved the food. We are also big fans of Bala Baya hence we discovered this from the same owner We kept it simple and ordered the aubergine mess which is our absolute favourite, the squid was also very nice and different. Tried the chicken which was sweet tangy and finger licking. For dessert we got the pistachio cigar which was a bit underwhelming. The servers and staff were excellent

Had the loveliest meal here for my birthday. The food and cocktails were delicious and the service was fantastic. We all really enjoyed our evening and would recommend to everyone.

We had a fantastic experience at Old Compton Brasserie today. Our time was limited as we had just 1h interval before going back to theatre. Nevertheless, service was attentive, prompt; our waiter was so pleasant and kind. Food was delicious. I had vegan burger and it was full of flavour, fries were fresh and crispy. It was my partner's Birthday that I mentioned during online booking, they brought a large plate with chocolate cake and icecream, with a candle. Honestly I couldn't fault a thing.

Trendy brasserie in the heart of Soho with a buzzy atmosphere. Ideal for either a pre or post theatre meal. The restaurant was very busy for a Monday evening. Food was tasty and well presented and represented good value for money

Had dinner at Noble Rot tonight after it being on my list for quite some time. Overall it was a very good experience, though I expected slightly more for the price point. I had a chicken liver choux bun, which was delicious (the choux was perfect contrary to other reviews I’ve seen). I then had the pork and apricot terrine, which I really enjoyed BUT thought one piece of toast was stingy and some mustard or such would have been epic. I then had the tomato butter slip sole, which I could have done without. It wasn’t filleted and easily could have been, saving me work and bones in my mouth. It also needed something as accoutrement to complete the dish. I finished with the ricotta cake with roasted apricots, which I enjoyed thoroughly. Perhaps my biggest complaint was there wasn’t a single portion available of the chicken, which is one of the main reasons I wanted to come. As someone who regularly dines alone and cooks chicken solo for himself, I firmly believe this to be possible and wish it would be considered. The staff was very kind and recommended a lovely Portuguese wine to accompany my food. I would consider coming back but not solo.

This was an amazing find! We were a big group and they were extremely helpful and flexible with our changing reservation needs. Once there, the atmosphere was really nice like a hidden gem, dimly lit lights and dark wooden interiors. It’s a small cosy place. The service was very good. We had the signature chicken which was amazing. As well as the chocolate mousse as desert. Would highly recommend this place and thank them dearly for their accommodation.

I have been here before, but I never reviewed this place. And that is a shame, because it really is a very special restaurant, with a wine list that is magnificent and extensive, with dishes that are a match with the exquisite wines on the stellar wine list. The star of the show is, undoubtedly, the chicken with vin jaune and morels, served with white rice, a memorable dish that has the most addictive sauce you can ever imagine. In anticipation of that, I ordered extra bread, necessary to poach and soak the sauce that accompanied the chicken . As starters, we had the choux bun with chicken liver pate, and the filetto lardato, followed by saucisson and bread and butter. We had an incredibly good white wine that was the perfect match with what we ordered. We finished the meal with the chocolate mousse with prunes soaked in liqueur, the perfect ending to a fantastic meal. The service is attentive and warm, the atmosphere is nice, there is nothing I can think of that needs improving. Must go and must book in advance . I really recommend it

The concept is to create it. To provide you certain dishes that you choose from the menu on the table. And the tools that you will have for your meal is even more creative. The popcorn 🍿 on the table as well is also great and fresh. Service and food quality is well done indeed

Foods and staff who work near by door was so nice. But I was surprised that a receipt already included optional donation fee. And also one staff's long nail... It didn't look hygienically good. I felt so weird feeling in the restaurant.

Genuinely surprised that a chain would have one of my favorite steaks I’ve ever gotten from a restaurant. The sides were delicious as well! Definitely recommend the mashed potatoes and mac and cheese! The burger was alright, not my favorite. Of course ended it with the complimentary ice cream. Inside was a nice warm vibe with great service.

Back here after 7 years and guess what… I ended up just one seat away from where I sat before!! 🫣✨ Meat quality? Still solid, but could use a pinch more salt. Spinach was a bit less creamy than I remember, but here’s the move—get the mash with fried garlic 🧄!! At one point, I was dipping the steak right into the mash, and wow, it was a whole experience!! 🙌🏼 Service was on point, as always. Huge thanks to Nikki for being so patient with my little wine miscommunication. I meant carafe, not glass!! 😂🍷 She handled it like a pro! Pro tip: Make sure to book in advance, and heads up—if you’re into fatty cuts like Ribeye or T-Bone, this isn’t the place for that. Always a good idea to do a little research to avoid any surprises!! 💪🏼😎

We ended up here because our original venue was full, but what a happy surprise. The food is fantastic and even my dining partner who is non veg was highly impressed by the food. Order all the breads and all the dips. The pumpkin and the halloumi dishes were amazing.

Incredible food! We went for the Bubala knows best option and it was perfect! The flavours were excellent and great portions size, recommend oyster mushroom skewer, jerusalem artichokes, dips and bread. So fresh and excellent service. (Would not recommend eating in for those with noise sensitivity as the place gets very busy and very loud)

We’ve both been looking forward on coming to try your food and boy if we were in for a big surprise! Not only that the welcoming was warm and friendly, but the food over exceeded our expectations! We went for Bubala knows best vegetarian and the dishes were carefully selected, the flavours mind blowing! The hummus, the bread and the oyster skewers were my favourite, but they all tasted well and the portions were generous. Last, but not least we’d like to mention Max and Jesse who gave us such a friendly service, enough interaction to keep us engaged, and enough space to enjoy the dishes, both me and my partner we think they’re great assets for the business and look forward to come back and see them again! Iveta(one of the team) was lovely and very attentive, but not overbearingly so! The service was great and it was a perfect evening. The food was very much enjoyed. We all left feeling full and happy! We are grateful to have had a nice evening there celebrating our last girls get together before the end of the year! Would recommend. 2 for 1 drinks was also a plus!

Wow! I was walking around not sure what to eat then this place caught my eye. Andreea was such an amazing hostess/waitress. The food was amazing! Every bite of my dinner and dessert was so good! And the cocktails were also excellent. I definitely plan to come back and bring friends!!

My first visit to this chain and overall it was a good experience for the price. The menu offers the usual suspects in this cuisine however, compared to other chains, in this space the presentation and accompanying service was excellent. The flavours were good and everything was cooked well.

What an exquisite meal! We sat up at the kitchen counter and were blown away by the hard work and dedication of the chefs all evening. Food is fantastic - highlights included the venison ragù, salt baked fish and the chickpeas. It’s worth checking out the desserts too! Service is attentive, drinks menu is wide-ranging and the atmosphere is buzzy and exciting. Well worth a treat!

Everything about Bocca di Lupo is outstanding. It was Saturday evening and we walked in, without a booking. The staff were very welcoming and did what they could to accommodate us. Service was friendly and relaxed, but also attentive - perfect! The interior design is stylish, classic and comfortable. The artwork is especially good. The food surely has to be the best Italian food, in London. Everything, from the bread to the dessert, was perfection. Incredible!

I have wanted to visit here on a London trip for some time and at eventually did last night during a culinary tour we have had from Padstow to London. Absolutely brilliant. Food amazing, atmosphere great and probably the friendliest staff team in London. Made to feel very welcome and will be back soon.

I always try to head back to Bocca di Lupo for a meal when I am in London, and it never disappoints. The service and staff are genuine, welcoming, and warm, and the food is delicious. We had the ravioli this past meal, and it was so good, we ordered another portion. The friend that I took with me said it was her best meal in London (and we had been to several outstanding places). Snag a seat at the counter to watch the action and maybe have a chat or two with your neighbors and make new friends. Once you’re done, pop across the street to get a gelato to help digest the meal properly. You’ll be glad you did.
