One of the best meals out I've had in decent times. For me, more enjoyable dining experience than some Michelin joints. Delicious food, great service relaxed dining experience. What more can you ask for? Particular dishes I would reorder in a heartbeat: aubergine fries, rabbit KFC, burrata with blood orange and chorizo. Will be returning no doubt.
A great place for dinner or drinks and nibbles. They are open until midnight. We visited for dinner and ordered a range of dishes, cocktails and wine. The croquettes were especially good, the padron peppers were the spiciest we’ve had in U.K. (they said it was a spicy batch), the scallops with onion bhaji and cauliflower puree was delicious, and we loved the chunky chips. All the dishes were good. The place was busy even around 9-10pm for dinner and booking is necessary. The only suggestion I have for this restaurant is to invest in an additional toilet, which appears to be needed for the amount of customers. We were sat at the table just outside the loo and couldn’t help noticing it seems to be the only one for both customers and staff. All evening there was a constant stream of people using it and more often than not people wanting to use it but it being occupied.l
Cute place with a variety of sharing dishes. Also quite small and cozy. The food and cocktails were really tasty (we had the mussels, the cod ratatouille, aioli fries and a few other items). A good place for a date or social occasion. I'd probably visit again.
This was such a brilliant find! We went there for an early pre-theatre dinner after just stumbling upon it while walking in the area and what an amazing find it was! Every single dish was excellent! I absolutely love small sharing plates but as anyone who does knows you'll rarely like everything you try. Not in this case! Absolutely everything we had was fantastic, some even mind-blowing like the burrata and grapefruit salad and the zucchini flower! Don't miss out on the cocktails either as they are also delicious! Can't wait to go back and try all the other dishes we didn't try this time.
Wow! What a lovely place! Cute, cosy, good vibe and fantastic food! I recommend the Chorizo, Arancini and Oxtail.
