Some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. And such a great price. Dough is so soft. I had the spicy chicken which was so good.

Great hash brown Tasty thin Italian pizza We ordered with delivery. We enjoyed two pizzas and Parmesan hash browns . We personally think it would be greater if there is more Parmesan in hash brown but you cooked them deliciously. Both pizzas were cooked well and quite positive to be hand-made pizzas due to the shapes. Great quality and fabulous food from this shop .

The food is delicious and the staff are so kind. The portions are generous and the price is very good for what you get. 100% recommend this place for a bite to eat if you’re in the area.

Dishes were very good. They came out quick despite being fairly busy which is a rarity within London. Great authentic flavours and quality ingredients. My wife said the iced coffee was the best she has had in London. Very generous portions at a reasonable price. They do not accept card at the time however gladly accepted bank transfer which is not an inconvenience at all. We will certainly be returning and are looking forward to it.

Great food and good value for money with generous portions. They have an extensive menu but not overwhelming. Everything was so flavourful and not made to be a western version but tasted like it was translated to London. Servers were very kind and patient as we looked through our options. They have Vietnamese coffee, some Asian beers. Recommended the papaya salads and the grilled lemongrass pork belly. A large rice would be good for 2 people to share. We will definitely be back.

An amazing Middle Eastern takeaway. The mezze plate with chicken was so delicious, fresh and had heaps of variety at a really good price. The Mango juice was so refreshing. The service is fast and efficient (they were absolute machines when I went).

Delicious wraps for only £4.50! unheard of in London, was so amazed…Portion size is huge and ingredients fresh. 10/10 would recommend! Staff is so friendly n pleasant as well.

I decided to order from this place other day because i needed a proper meal for a decent price, I hit the jackpot!! Their wraps taste like heaven - not to mention that the portion itself is HUGE for only £6/7? The meze boards are also really big portions and are under £10. I had enough for lunch and dinner as well as leftovers for the next day! this is now my favourite takeaway. 10/10

Came to this famous place and was really impressed by the food and prices. Everything was hot, and nicely seasoned. The hummus was very smooth. However just need to leave this note about my experience. I ordered a side of potatoes and they offered sauce on top, but I wanted to apply my own sauce so I asked for it on the side, and they surprised me with an extra £2 charge which is the same price as the potatoes themselves. The person before me asked for a lot of extra sauce on their samosas and I don’t think they had to pay extra. I wish they had told me that it would cost extra for chilli and garlic. Sauce pots are also not on the menu.

Food: It was our first foray into Ethiopian cuisine and me and my friend both felt that it made a solid impression on us. The starter bread was also really good and it was a good spice level. Unfortunately, after finishing the bread and having the platter, my dinner guest ended up feeling a bit sick but we couldn't pinpoint the reason. Service: The waitresses there very attentive and good at their jobs! They seated us where we wanted to be as well which was a big plus! Atmosphere: Really good atmosphere overall! Everyone looked like they were having a wonderful experience!

One of the best meals in London I’ve had in a while! If you’re looking for the best Ethiopian in town, this is it! Vegan friendly - we had the house favourite and Kategna bread (honestly so so good!) Owners were super lovely, offering extra lentils to finish our injera bread. Highly recommend!

Had the perfect start to the new year here. Phenomenal dan dan noodles and the yakitori was very tasty. Our server was really helpful and ensured we did not over order. Hopefully all my meals in 2025 are as good as this was. Compliments to the chef - it was so tasty.

While exploring Camberwell for my blog, I stumbled upon Noko, a delightful gem. During a weekday lunch with my partner, we were captivated by its quaint and cosy vibe. The food exceeded our expectations; the vegan mock dumplings were a highlight, boasting a delicate, crispy batter. We also indulged in the broccoli with tahini skewers, leaving us eager to return and try more options like the green beans, spicy cabbage, and king oyster mushrooms. For our main dishes, my eggplant noodles with Szechuan broad bean paste, soy, garlic, and spring onions left a lasting impression with its exquisite flavour and perfectly cooked aubergines. Meanwhile, my partner relished the zesty salt and pepper prawns. He also loved the sake seabass, noting its exceptional quality and value. Noko has definitely left its mark on us, and we're already planning our next visit to explore more of its culinary treasures.

NOKO is great asian street food place located in the hip and trendy Camberwell. The food is absolutely delicious and full of flavour. The Dan Dan noodles are definitely one of the star dishes. Extremely great value for money and a good atmosphere with good service. Definitely will be returning.

Came for dinner and I was really impressed with the food quality. Shared 5 dishes between the two of us and they were all so tasty and authentic! SECRET BEEF: really good cold starter with a vinegary sauce over beef strips with chillies. PAN-FRIED PORK DUMPLINGS: loved how crunchy these were! Different from usual dumplings! DAN DAN NOODLES: these were absolutely my favourite! Delicious large cut noodles in an exquisite peanut sauce. A tiny bit spicy but absolutely amazing! Would come back even just for these. Overall loved this tiny spot! Nice simple interiors, lovely and attentive staff. Fast service as well despite the restaurant was full. A bit noisy and music didn’t match my appetite or the vibe, but that doesn’t diminish the rest! Recommended to book in advance over the weekend evenings..

This was quite possibly one of the most tasty sirloin steaks I have ever eaten in my life. Incredibly reasonably priced too! I ordered a side of peppercorn sauce to accompany the steak, but the sauce really was not needed. It genuinely was incredible. I was full up about 3 bites in, but forced myself to finish it because it was THAT tasty. I trekked from north to south London for this experience, and the marathon of a journey was well worth it! Easy 5 stars and I will definitely be retuning!

This is a fantastic steak house, - cute authentic decor inside - very friendly staff - nice range of items on menu - very tasty steak, cooked well - nice chips - very reasonable pricing for the quality, and portion sizes - big portions - you get rice and chips with steak The wait was a little bit long but not excessive and still really enjoyed my birthday meal here. Would definitely recommend for local, good quality steak.

Best value Restaurant in South London Guidos Grill is a hidden gem amongst the steakhouses in London I'm amazed how I haven't discovered this place sooner. The food was excellent beyond my expectations, I had the Calamari as a starter and it was fresh & delicious had no regrets picking it. The steak came with a portion of chips, salad, rice and chorizo. Everything was delicious it was like going through a magical journey of discovering food. The steak was juicy and grilled beautifully with an abundance of flavours. All the other side dishes were very nice and complimentary. For desserts we had the Tres Leches cake and my gosh it was delicious. Probably the best dessert I've had in years, it's so tasty but light & refreshing. Customer service was top quality the staff are very friendly and polite. The experience was amazing the entire aesthetic looked very good and it gave a nice South American vibe. The crazy thing about this place is the value you can get a big piece of steak that comes with potatoes chips, rice, salad and chorizo for around £23 is an absolute bargain! I'm definitely going to be a regular here and would recommend anyone I know to come to this place.

Found this gem by chance. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The food was lovely and a great cup of tea! Not just breakfast, they had some delicious cakes too. Will definitely be back

One of the best places in London for breakfast/brunch/lunch. Customer service up there with the very best. I forgot to order a coffee when in the queue and rather than waiting in the queue all over again one of the waitresses just took my order from my table and bought the card machine to me. Would defo recommend!

English breakfast was ok, nothing special and it costs 7 pound and you are not able to be full after it. You need to take the one for 12 to be full. I ate much better in Sheffield. The pancakes were tasty I may recommend it. Also you need to pay only in cash. Which is a huge disadvantage for tourists. :/

Besides that the food is super tasty and great value for money all the girls at the counter that have ever served me are SO polite and honestly they shine like ray of sunshine! Today , was Matilda the one that radiated her light upon us , starting our day with a biggest smile! Amazing people and place ❤️

As soon as I knew The Bear was ran and owned by the same people from Naughty Piglets I knew it was going to be a banger. Wonderful chilled out service and really enjoyed the counter experience. It’s the one. The menu comprises from staples such as the crab and pork but wow, every dish was truly stunning. £160 for all 7 dishes, bottle of wine and service for 2 - good luck finding anywhere better!

Amazing chefs table experience, food was incredible, expertly prepared, the chef also made a few adaptations for veggie dishes. Small plate format but substantial and enough to share, highly recommended for an intimate dinner date or special occasion.

Went for a casual Friday dinner, the food was fantastic and the atmosphere is great! Love the vinyls and is such a hidden gem in Camberwell. Do book a table ahead of time and if you want an even more fun experience, try to sit by the kitchen.

Been recommended this restaurant in Camberwell, and I thought we'd give it a shot. I have read some reviews just in case but I find it hard to align myself with the negative ones. Firstly, the interior of the place is simple yet tidy and clean. Everything looks organised and nice (especially compared to many London restaurants that look alarmingly unhygienic.) The service was good and the team was pleasant. Nothing bad to mention. As of the food it was clear that it is not a typical Cantonese / hong kong style place. The food is lovely, and reminded me of Murger Han a lot, though I immensely pointed out the fact that this place is cheaper and serves noodles etc. with a look more sauce, vegetables, and meat in general. Also, there are a wide variety of dishes. Meat is pretty much standard (especially lamb and pork) but there are also a couple of vegetarian dishes available. The dumpling were pretty nice too, but the main praise goes to the noodles which were handmade and so very very ice. Overall the flavours, the portions, the prices and the atmosphere were all fine and happy to be returning here again soon.

Inexpensive flavour sensations, tongue tingling middle plate chicken and home style cabbage are a favourite but don't forget some pork and celery dumping.

Had a great meal here! We had the fries, the Kurdish dumplings and the cauliflower for starters and we loved them all! They have some options with vegan meat which is a nice touch. The chicken was very good, so were the dessert but the small plates were the real surprise. Will definitely come back to try more! The service was very friendly and knowledgeable.

One of the best meals I’ve had for a very long time!! Incredibly good food, great atmosphere and excellent service. The cabbage dolma tasted exactly like how my mum makes it! It was my favourite! The Kurdish dumplings (meat) were excellent, very crispy on the outside. The sea bass was probably one of the best fish I’ve ever had. The dessert was delicious too. Thank you! Can’t wait to come back again
