“Unbelievable across the board. Everything was delicious. I can’t wait to go back. Fishcakes - unreal. We ended up ordering more! Only £5. Small but they pack a punch of flavor Oysters - wow. Huge, delicious. Loved them. Fish n chips - delicious and one of their main sellers. Also helps donate to a charity for a child in need. Service was quick and kind. Our only sad point is we weren’t by the main window open area to the river with views because we had 6 people. They seemed like they mostly fit 4. All good though, we will return. Oh how could I nearly forget - one of the best sticky toffee pudding I’ve ever had. Order 2 if you have 6 people, it’s worth it!!”

“What a find! Read about this out of the way pub and finally visited. Lively atmosphere, great selection of beers and friendly, efficient service from Jess and the whole team, all of whom seemed to be enjoying themselves. Food was excellent (had the skate) with a really nice bottle of wine. Might be tricky to get to but we will definitely be heading back very soon”

“The best pub food I ever had including the fish and chips which are the best example of the quintessential item of British pub cuisine you will ever find. The Sunday roast menu was excellent as well. Great drinks and great atmosphere. The place certainly lived up to and surpassed the hype.”
