Gary was recommended to us and we were really pleased with his service. He is really great at communication whether that be keeping you informed of when he’s due to arrive, or explaining a situation. He takes the time to explain the issues in a concise yet informative way without being patronising. And he had no qualms repeating himself to me and my other half when we asked numerous questions. His work is fab too. Fully explains what is happening and what needs to be done, pricing is clear and accurate. Already booked him in for the repair work and also recommended his services to others.

I spoke to Charlie on the phone about a blockage (I wasn't exactly sure of where it was). A day later, Charlie and a colleague were here and identified and cleared the external blockages really quickly. Kept everything tidy, moved everything back to where it was and washed away any mess. Charlie was professional and trustworthy from my initial call with him. He came to visit to quote me for installing 3 towel rail radiators and I was very happy with what he recommended. Quick and convenient visit to price job. Received a couple of quotes for a replacement boiler, detailing what the options were, what works would be done and an honest suggestion that the cheaper option might be the best. Arranged a day for the fitting a week later. Peter turned down my offer of some money "up front". Plumber arrived on time. Got on with the job. Had some difficulty with removing the existing boiler. Fitted new one. Kept mess and noise to a minimum. Cleared up any mess made. Took away all waste, including old boiler. All completed in a day. Including all new pipework, inline filter, new condensation pipe and sealing of holes. Peter took his time going through the operation of the new system, remote controller and interface. He logged the guarantee for us without being asked to. Left us all certificates and paperwork. Invoiced promptly and I was happy to pay promptly too. A polite, efficient, proficient tradesman. Thoroughly recommended

The team at WW Plumbing and Heating Services were great - they were quick, efficient and the quality of work was excellent. They fitted our new boiler really quickly and began work on the new bathroom straight away. They were all friendly, polite and tidied up after each day. We are very pleased to have recently used Richard & Joe to install a replacement Oil Boiler, Hot Water Cylinder, all the Radiators & Valves and Control System; bringing us into the 21st century. From the initial contact to the completion of the work, the Weatherall & Wyles team were very professional, friendly & quick to answer my questions. The quote was competitive, the quality of the work was excellent & carried out to schedule. I was initially concerned to have the Power Flush, however, there were no leaks & having seen how much sludge had been in the pipes, I would now recommend a Power Flush. At the end of the installation the house was left tidy with all the rubbish removed & Richard ensured I knew how to use the New Control System. At last a plumber you can rely on! Arrived on time, every time. Assessed what had to be done and carried it out in a timely and efficient manner. All work areas were left clean and tidy. Absolutely brilliant service. We called them out on Tuesday, they arrived on Wednesday and diagnosed the problem with our shower and fitted a new one on the Thursday. Considering the price of complete showers on their own the price was very reasonable. A good efficient service.

This was my first time of using the company. I need a Radiator valve replaced plus a new PRV. Ryan attended and speedily and efficiently did both. He didn't need to drain the system so the price was then adjusted to reflect that. An honest, efficient and trustworthy company that I'd absolutely recommend.

Booked a boiler service with TMC after reading their good reviews. Did my winter checks last week to find a fault with the boiler. Today Tony from TMC turned up to do the service,I informed him of the issue and he was pretty sure he knew what the problem is. Tony got to work explaining everything he was doing. He did a thorough breakdown, diagnosis and cleaning of the boiler. He fixed the problem in under an hour with no extra charge. I will definitely be recommending TMC Heating to anyone that needs work done and will be using them in the future.

We had a brand new boiler installed by the team recently. Tony came to visit the property and gave us various detailed options to choose from. They were able to fit us in quickly and showed continuous professionalism throughout removal and installation. After having an over the top quote from a well established company, it was suggested we gave Tony a call. He paid a visit and told us exactly what we needed and for a much lower price. I had the new boiler fitted along with a new radiator yesterday and can only say the workmanship of the installation is outstanding. Both Tony and his colleague were polite and there was no mess left behind. I personally wouldn't bother wasting time calling anyone else now. I shall now be booking him for our annual service check.
