We have always used MDH for last 14 years. Very good practically and technically. Just had a replacement vanity unit and the two gentlemen with Matt were extremely courteous and willing to answer questions. Likewise Matt will always explain when asked. Additionally, very good value too.

Duncan exceeded all expectations for an emergency call out today and on a Sunday. Although when we phoned he was dealing with an emergency elsewhere he kept us updated as to when he could attend our emergency. Although he was a good few miles away he came to us as soon as he could. We originally thought we had a pipe leak but Duncan very quickly established the leak was potentially coming from the roof area. I would have no hesitation in recommending Duncan

Great service from all at 365 Heating & Plumbing! Hot water tank leaking on a Friday evening, but Mike replied to our enquiry quickly, gave immediate reassurance and booked work to start on the Monday, completed by two very competent young guys, couldn't have been any more thorough and very polite. Job completed on time and tidy too. Good value considering the work involved. Very pleased, would happily recommend to friends and family. Great job 365!👌

Jack did a great job and he knew exactly what to do right from the start. He seemed a very knowledgeable chap and nothing appeared to be a problem. He kept the work area very clean and left no mess. Never ceases to amaze me how knowledgeable Julian, Ash and Chris on the plumbing counter are. I spend ages looking for solutions to equip our newly constructed small WC compartment and over the counter they come up with a host of reasonably priced solutions almost instantly - comparable to internet prices but without the risk of some of the poor quality goods that you hear nightmare stories about. The showroom looks amazing - wide range of designer and mid-range bathrooms on show in this enormous space - but not what I am looking for today.
