Fantastic service ! I called in the morning and a little later that day I had two perfect keys (I’d broken the only key I had !). I didn’t even have to drive anywhere as Justin came to my work address. A main VW dealer told me I’d have to wait 7-10 days for keys to arrive and then book in to have them programmed. The team came out to me after midnight when I unexpectedly could not turn the lock and therefore secure my back patio doors. After an hour of trying different things, I called Rockhopper. I’ve never had to call out a Locksmith before and so I went onto google and found the closest ones to me. It’s worth saying that I called 8 other, supposed 24/7 emergency locksmith’s and none answered. Rockhopper were 9th on my list and thankfully answered! The chap was fast, friendly and customer centric and sorted my door within 10 mins so we could all go to bed and sleep easy! Thank you!

Great experience. We needed a call-out at 10pm and they arrived within 20 minutes to help us. Our lock was broken and we could not open the door - they tried a number of non-destructive methods to avoid damage to the door instead of reverting immediately to a destructive option. They quickly solved the problem within 15 minutes and highlighted that the latch was indeed faulty. I cannot praise them highly enough. £150 for the call-out.

This could have been a much more costly job had the whole window needed replacing which was a likely outcome had I used a glazing firm. We had to install several new office locks, and fix our main entry door that banged shut because the stalling seal/arm had eroded/aged. Steve is personable, and hard-working. BM Security are reliable, professional, prompt with communication, friendly, punctual, and good value for money. Always do a good job and explain everything in detail. Would highly recommend!

Very willing but arrived without the 30 minutes notice. Didn't have the piece our lock required so arranged to call back the following day. Their repairer arrived the following day, without prior notification again, they did have the piece we required but not the correct colour. We accepted it though. Nice chaps, it did resolve the problems in the end albeit not quite what we were after.

John came to help me out when my car key completely snapped in half. He was our hero! John arrived in an hour from the initial call and had us all sorted with a new key in about 20 minutes. Excellent service - John arrived as arranged and the duplicate car key was provided in about half an hour. Reasonable price as well. John was very polite and helpful in explaining about the immobiliser function light on the dash. Highly recommended if you need a second vehicle key.
