Dan has helped me out a few times now and I cannot recommend him highly enough. When my door wouldn’t open, he came over the same day to figure out what was wrong and got it sorted really quickly. He’s friendly yet professional, and always explains clearly what’s wrong and how he can fix it. I’m really grateful to have found Dan and will use him for all lock/door issues in the future.

Called in RLM Locksmiths to help us with a stuck garage door. The pre-visit service was very professional and Dan (from RLM) was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He got the door open very quickly and cleaned the lock mechanism. Great service. I’d definitely recommend RLM.

Fantastic service from Dan. He installed new locks, CCTV and an electronic cat flap with bespoke/adjustable steps on our house. Found About-turn locks on google after having issues with my patio uPVC door lock. Called John, he then FaceTimed to get eyes on the issue and was at my house with in 15minutes. Clearly an experienced tradesman and was super efficient. Fixed, tweaked and fine tuned my patio doors. Clean, tidy and well priced. Highly rate and would recommend.

Brilliant service provided by this company. Our front door handle completely broke leaving our property unsecured. Called this company due to the great reviews and John fitted us in at such short notice. Had the exact replacement handle on his van and completed the job really quickly and efficiently at the costs he had advised up front Would highly recommend !

We contacted John about a broken uPVC door lock and 15 minutes later he was with us getting it fixed! Popped in to get a couple of keys cut and a trophy too. Despite it being really busy for a Wednesday morning at 10am, the lad in there was polite, helpful and pretty quick! Keys were cut there and then and the trophy was engraved within 20 minutes (which gave me an excuse to get a coffee!). Definitely recommend this place

Great experience. We needed a call-out at 10pm and they arrived within 20 minutes to help us. Our lock was broken and we could not open the door - they tried a number of non-destructive methods to avoid damage to the door instead of reverting immediately to a destructive option. They quickly solved the problem within 15 minutes and highlighted that the latch was indeed faulty. I cannot praise them highly enough. £150 for the call-out.
