John is incredible! Not only is he such a fantastic, warm, kind, and interesting person, but he's also brilliant at his job. Nothing was a problem! He managed to put an additional lock on our very old and slightly wonky door (charming Victorian but tricky to align). As we had just moved into the property, he also managed to align some other doors and door handles and helped with window locks (some were locked without keys, others were misaligned). John has completely sorted us out, and now we can use all the doors and windows in our new home. Thank you, John, we really appreciate you and your work!
