Phoned this company out of hours due to being locked out of our house. The man who answered the phone was so polite, and contacted the locksmith immediately. Within 20 minutes, Cameron came to our house and fixed the problem in seconds! Such a nice chap, easy to talk to, and so eager to help despite the odd time. He also made sure to take the extra steps needed to confirm that you definitely are the homeowner before starting the job. 10/10 Service My window mechanism had jammed and the window would not close. I decided to call EPRLocksmith (Lucien), he was able to come over within 10mins and fix the window mechanism. There was also issues with my window not closing properly and he had fixed this too without any additional charges. Will definitely recommend to family/friends and use again if required. Ira was quick to arrive and get my keys out of the car after I locked myself out. I asked him to make me a copy on the spot and despite it being a challenge due to the model and age of my car he persevered and maned to make me a copy. Top bloke and excellent service. Would highly recomend him
