We have worked with Matt from Bullseye a few times over 5 years on our own home as well as investment property. He is super quick to communicate, reliable, does excellent work and is competitively priced. We have had some bad experiences with mainstream shops and other locksmiths, but never Matt. He’s been consistently excellent and the only person I would even bother calling. As an investor, I value that he gives me the speed, quality and value to help my business. Overall, I can’t recommend Bullseye and Matt highly enough.

I got locked outside. Call them around dinner time and arrived in 30 mins. The locksmith didn’t try to pick the lock and only offer to drill it. He drilled it and replaced the lock, £500 gone. £180 call out + £190 for the lock + £50 for fitting + VAT. The service is quick, but fxxking expensive.

I needed a locksmith immediately because i was having serious problems with my front door lock. at 6:15 p.m., their specialist came to my house, which is next to the ship hotel, and evaluated the issue. i didn't have to request to replace the entire door because he worked through several possible repairs before figuring out the best one. professional and effective—i wouldn't call anyone else!

Matt saved our holiday by getting us back in to our house at 06:30 in the morning after we locked ourselves out halfway through packing to leave. Great service, with even a smile at that time of the day and reasonable fees.
