First class customer service. Brilliant advice over the telephone and then in person at the shop when we took our lock in. Vintage lock repaired in a matter of minutes and was incredibly good value for money. Very many thanks.
Southern Lock & Safe were quick to our rescue when our UPVC back door wouldn't lock - posing us a massive security risk. Due to the replacement part not being readily available - they fixed a temporary lock and came back a few days later to finish the job off properly. Now the door is good as new and opens & closes with ease. Clive & the team were very polite & friendly and kept us up to speed throughout - even coming out on a weekend.
Fantastic company would not hesitate to recommend. Quickly came out and changed the locks on my composite door. Really friendly staff at a reasonable price ! Staff were very knowledgable. I popped in to the shop and had some extra keys cut at a good price no issues.
They managed to help me with 2 car keys. To open them and replace batteries. 3 other places had tried and not been successful. It was very much appreciated!!!! So helpful and very polite. Highly recommended. :)
They turned up on time and carried out the works really quickly and tidied up after themselves. I would recommend them as a very helpful and quick service.
