Excellent service, cannot fault The Locksmiths Shop Ltd, helped me with my order for replacement lock barrels, spotted a mistake I made in specifying my requirements Once the order was placed they dropped the locks at my property I have used this shop before and wasn't disappointed this time - I have no problem recommending them

I had two key blanks - supplied by parts agent for the car make - that required to be cut from original keys for a classic 1950’s car. After trying several locksmiths I was pointed in the direction of Paul at The Locksmiths shop in Cheam. On first visit he discovered I’d been supplied with the incorrect blanks and advised I contact the original supplier to receive the correct blanks. Three days later I returned with the correct blanks and Paul cut them within 10 minutes - both a perfect fit to the ignition and door locks. An outstanding service with Paul’s knowledge ensuring the first set of incorrect key blanks were not used, saving me his initial cost to cut them plus the cost of the incorrect key blanks. So pleased overall with their service I’ve made a further enquiry to replace some locks at our house.

What a great service from Nick who came and fitted a new lock that was of a better quality and the right size for the door which my previous wasn't as it stuck out about 8mm inside, and was jamming and getting hard to open. He phoned 15 minutes before arriving. I needed 4 keys, the lock came with 3 so he took one away and was going to cut me another and drop it off the next day, however he dropped it back the same day when going back out to another call as he was passing. A++ Service and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a swift professional service.
