Daniel kindly offered to come out the next day to resolve the issue, but we managed to sort it out ourselves before his visit. Despite this, he was incredibly understanding and sympathetic when we had to cancel. I was having trouble with my upvc front door lock got in touch with D locks and agreed to come around on the same day. Daniel came around and got on to see where the problem was. Found what was wrong the gearbox in the lock was broken and Daniel found the part which was required and was there the next morning with the new part.
