I called Ilie to fix a broken lock on my double glazed bathroom window which was stuuck in the closed position. He was excellent. He was flexible in his timings after I had to change a couple of times, he was prompt on arrival, courteous and discussed options to fix the problem. Once we'd agreed on the best solution he completed the job there and then and without fuss. Great price to. Would definitely recommend him if you need a locksmith.
