Front door lock broke and I needed help quite urgently (as locksmith customers tend to). Paul was at my house within an hour, got the door open, replaced the lock with a like-for-like unit, without incurring any damage to the door/frame, and all for a reasonable charge. Couldn’t ask for more.

Locked out at 10-30pm and Paul arrived within 20 mins, refitted faulty lock after trying to make it work.
