We desperately needed a Locksmith Engineer one late Saturday afternoon, and after getting in touch with this company and speaking to a gentleman named Tony, he was very helpful and arranged for an engineer to come out to us in less than half an hour. The engineer was very friendly, proficient and carried out the work to a great standard. Tony, I really do appreciate your support, and we as a family, felt very fortunate, especially with your willingness and professionalism in order to help rectify this emergency situation. Was so pleased when I phoned to get an emergency locksmith. Tony arrived in under an hour, immediately knew what the issue was and had the problem sorted in no time at all. He was so professional, knowledgeable and genuine. He explained everything as he went along and gave some great advice. He had also given me some great recommendations for other jobs we need doing around the house. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using again.

Excellent service! I called just before 9 AM, and despite handling an emergency, they answered promptly and later called back to let me know they were open. I explained that my key had fallen under the metal runner in my car, and they were incredibly helpful—unscrewing the seat and retrieving it for me. Friendly, professional, and went above and beyond. Highly recommend!
