Brilliant service, went over and beyond to help me. Reece was my last hope to get a replacement window lock key as nowhere else could help as I didn't know the window manufacturer. He asked me to bring in the lock and in the end offered to make a key that would work. He did that successfully and I left with 4 copies the same day! Thanks so much Reece - the alternative was replacing lots of expensive window furniture!!!

This was a great experience of a good local company that's professional very helpful and great value. I was served by Reece who was so considerate helpful and exactly understood my needs. I was after finding keys for a strong box which I had lost. The required keys were identified and copies made. I will certainly look to ML Safe for my CCTV requirements. Thanks again Reece
