Wow, these guys are great. I needed spare keys cut and programmed for a ford galaxy. Quick to respond. Cheaper than anyone else (half the price of timpsons). Quick and efficient at getting the job done. Prompt. Polite. Professional.

We were having a problem with our old Ford Focus car key (mainly because I'd lost a remote key). The Auto Pro guy came within an hour of my phoning him, made us a new remote key, gave useful advice - and charged a fraction of what Ford would have done. Great service!

What an outstanding service. The technician arrived on time. He was very friendly and approachable. After checking my logbook and driving licence, he carried out the nexessary procedure and cut me two brand new keys for my Mazda. Programmed them on the spot. There were no hidden charges. Very pleased with this service.

The guy who came same day diagnoses a problem the AA and a garage couldn’t solve (ignition switch and key issue). He worked on it quickly and explained this issue well. Was honest about the other issues I might face with the car going forward. Price was good. Really recommend.

Top service from Tom! He was out within 30 minutes of me calling him (I’d locked myself out of my flat - d’oh) and did a great job. Got me back in and with a new lock on my door quickly and easily. Really reasonable pricing and nice guy too.

Couldn't get into my safe after a leaking battery damaged the circuitry. Contacted Tom who came over within a couple of hours...and the safe was tougher than expected with a locking system that was different than the run of the mill and tough steel (so a good safe!). Despite the difficulty, Tom persisted and won! Friendly, knowledgeable and a good chat too. Would highly recommend him!

I locked myself out the house on a Saturday evening, it happens to the best of us! I phoned Tom and he arrived in 10 Mins, he was fast, efficient and a delight to talk to! Gave me a reasonable price up front, explained the work required and replaced the lock with a secure, quality lock with 5 keys! I had an issue with copying a low-frequency fob for my building - V&P Fox were responsive on phone and whatsapp, confirmed they can duplicate it, and were absolutely stellar with everything end to end! And they are so easy to find, conveniently located between Covent Garden and Leicester Square. Highly recommended!

Brad/Badley brutt came to resolve issues i had in regarding my bathroom ie Plumbing issues as well as put a side bath panel on. He done an outstanding job and even tidy up afterwards which is rare to see these days In my experience with contractors that I usually have in to do work in my house. Also he was very professional, polite and helpful i was very happy with his work so I would highly recommend.

Great local locksmiths - my young child locked themselves in the bathroom and Tony came round immediately and got the door open again quickly, much to our relief. Friendly service, would definitely use again, (but hope we won't need to!)

Been here a few times, prices are usually really good and you can most likely find what your looking for at a low price or a high price depending on brand as they have a wide range of the same product to choose from, customer service is pretty good also, as staff are helpful, this is how a business should be run , and in canning town thats rare to find
