Superb and speedy service. The lock installed was a British Standard kite mark and came with 5 keys and a Warranty on all hardware parts. The all inclusive price I was quoted was the price I paid on the day for the job. Other quotes I received had a separate call out charge and upon visit you would be provided with the cost for the lock plus VAT. There was an easy payment method and an instant receipt provided. Overall a professional and friendly service from start to finish and a very satisfied customer.

Iliyan was absolutely brilliant he came and assessed the door lock which had an issue with the gear box. It was not working and he immediately ordered another one for us for delivery. He came back the to install and work on our front door in couple days. He did an amazing job very quickly and efficiently, cleaned the mechanics and got it working better than before.
