I recently visited Vets4Pets Tottenham Hale for a check-up on my dog, who wasn’t well at the time. My usual vet practice was closed, but after this visit, I can confidently say I’ve found my new vet of choice.

A special thanks to Amena, who was incredibly helpful and honest in her approach. She prioritized my dog’s well-being while keeping treatment cost-effective. It was refreshing to see genuine care for my pet, without unnecessary treatments being pushed—as I’ve experienced at other veterinary practices.

The facilities were excellent and maintained to a high standard. As well as a spacious waiting area.

Overall, a fantastic experience, and I’m grateful to have found such a dedicated and caring team for my pet’s needs.

My two daughters and I was greeted by your warm and welcoming receptionists, who immediately made us feel at ease in bringing in our kitten for his first health check and vaccinations. Their friendly demeanor and genuine care set the tone for what turned out to be a truly exceptional visit. It’s not every day that you encounter such kindness and professionalism and I truly appreciated it.

The veterinary team was absolutely fantastic. Their expertise and compassion for animals were evident in every interaction. It was clear that our kitten was in the best hands possible. The lovely lady vet who we met, including the receptionists, all took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answered all my questions with patience and understanding, which made me feel confident in the care being provided.

It’s comforting to know that there are such dedicated professionals who genuinely love what they do. The combination of skill, empathy, and passion you all demonstrate is truly commendable. I left VetsforPets feeling reassured and grateful, knowing that our little kittens health is a priority for your team.

Great experience! Registered both my cats and went a few times for vaccinations and neutering: they have lots of availability for appointments (hope it’ll stay this way even if they become more popular!), their waiting room is huge which is good for nervous pets, the vets and nurses are very nice and attentive. Easy to shop for any recommended products after the visit as it’s inside PetsAtHome!

Honestly the best vet practice! No matter who we saw, they were always so kind and helpful. It felt like they genuinely cared about our cat and were so sweet with her. We've had to move away and are now struggling to find somewhere else that lives up to these expectations, I wish we could come back!

My first time visiting this week for an emergency after my cat got into a fight, and I have to say how amazing they were. We got an appointment that morning and consultation and treatment came to less than the vet we had been going to over in waltham forest. I'd also add that this vet is great if you are disabled, as the parking is good and there is a lift. I've struggled with other local vets not being accessible to disabled people with pets. Really glad to have this new practice on the doorstep.
