Sadly we had to make the heartbreaking decision to have our 16 year old Springer Spaniel “Lara” put to sleep on Monday 4th November at the Welling branch. Marta the vet was amazing in supporting our choice taking into consideration Lara’s Quality of Life, she offered Lara chocolate as a “last treat” before she fell asleep in my arms for the last time. They made Lara’s final moments as stress free and peaceful as possible. Thank you so much to Marta, Karis and the whole team for all their hard work, support and overall their kindness at this difficult time. We’ll miss you Lara❤️xxx

We took our cat to the Oval Pet Centre to have some vaccinations, upon arrival we were greeted with a warm and friendly smile from the reception staff. The reception area is bright and clean and they have sectioned off an area for cats. Lots of information on hand and a wide display of products for sale. The vet was very friendly and put our cat at ease whilst during the consultation, very informative. I'm pleased at the cost of the vaccinations. We would highly recommend taking your cat or other pets to the Oval Pet Centre Welling.

My dog had to have dental work done and they cared for her so well. The professionalism of the staff is amazing. Someone called me to say my dog had come around from the anesthetic and she was sitting right next to my dog and talking to my dog as well as me. I have total trust and faith in all of you. A big thankyou to you all.

I’m pretty sure my puppy got sick just to go back for a visit and extra belly rubs. Everyone there has been amazing. Friendly, great communication and comforting when worrying about what’s up with the dog. Highly recommended! And here’s the happy patient.

Our pug, The Moog, went in for teeth extraction and a clean and descale. A worrying time for us with a brachycephalic breed and a general anaesthetic. He was looked after by Vet Mateo Dervishi who did a great job of taking care of him and giving us aftercare information and ongoing advice to keep his teeth in better condition. We were very pleased with his service and care and would not hesitate to recommend him and the practice. Thanks Mateo. Tracey & The Moog!

We saw Sam originally at Eltham, then a follow up at Sidcup. Honestly, he was a wizard with our little rat. Assessed him thoroughly and unobtrusively, gave clear and solid advice on care and treatment.

I had to use the hospital in an emergency, as my cat was very poorly. The Vet David, I cannot praise and thank highly enough. Helpful, kind and thoughtful. Keeping me informed throughout my cats stay. He made him comfortable so he could come home to the family for the weekend. Sadly today my cat Forrest was put to sleep. He passed peacefully in my arms. David made the whole process easier for me. Even letting me have 5 more minutes with Forrest, when he actually had another appointment. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to David and the reception staff. Your kindness will never be forgotten đź’–

Amazing care and service for the team at Parkvets! Our dog had an undiagnosed digestive issue and we’d seen several vets to try and get it sorted, Parkvets were so, so helpful. They looked after us and our dog, who has now fully recovered and is fighting fit! Can’t recommend this place enough.

Heartfelt thanks to everyone at Parkvets Sidcup who helped bring our beloved Toff back from the brink. His problems and treatment - including the associated challenges - were carefully explained, along with guidance on his immediate and long-term aftercare. And everyone who cared for him was so warm and supportive. ❤️

Called for an emergency at 2am over the Christmas period. My dog was seen very quickly and the vet was amazing. Pricy but I guess that’s the out of hours fee and thankfully insurance covers it.

No one wants to go to an emergency vets and certainly do not want to spend a huge amount of money that could easily get you a week in the sun relaxing by a pool. But needs must. The service and the treatment was so much more than we expected. The call to the helpline was clear, quick and efficient and notified the team we were coming. They then text directions and details so we didn’t have the added worry of sorting that out whilst trying to coax the cat into the carry basket. The reception team booked us in with no hassle, had all the info to hand provided by the call centre and kept a close eye out for any changes in our cats condition whilst we waited. The vet we saw was super happy, calm and sympathetic both to the distress our cat was in and also to our worry. She gave a thorough examination, explained everything as she went along and even explained an existing condition our cat has in far more detail than we have been afforded by our regular vet surgery. All in all I want to keep this team as our regular vets as we couldn’t have been looked after better. Our cat is in great spirits and well in the road to recovery. Much better than human A&E!
