Amazing care, worth the extra distance! I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the care my cat, received at your Medivet Station Road. While I have a Medivet much closer to my home, I choose to travel further to your location specifically because of the great service and friendly atmosphere. Every member of your team has been incredibly kind, patient, and professional. It's clear that everyone genuinely cares about the animals in their care, and that makes all the difference. We contacted Medivet today as we knew our 14 yr old dog was end of life. We have never been registered at this vets but due to family recommendation and negative reviews of our usual vets, we contacted them. They were so kind to arrange an appointment for this evening. The care and support they showed when we arrived to us but most of all our baby. Thank you all so much for making our pooch comfortable and releasing her from her suffering.

Our Springer Spaniel was a puppy 8 weeks old, when she first experienced the Vet! From the first moment, having her regular injections and check ups she seemed to enjoy her visits and meeting her friends (vets and nursing staff) who cared for her throughout her 14 years. They were as sad as us at our loss. Following a long break we decided to get a Cockerpoo, she was ten weeks old when first introduced to our Vet Sandra, again our dog enjoys her visits, she is over two now and on our walks if we happen to be passing nearby she pulls to go to the Vets. This shows me how well they are treated and the care shown, my thanks to all the staff.

We have been with this practice for nearly 15 years. They have been looking after our 4 dogs really well over the years. The vet Sandra is very friendly, helpful and professional. All the staff members including the receptionists show respect, care and love to us and our dogs. We will not hesitate to recommend this practice to any animal owners.

All the guys at this practice are super helpful and understanding. They are amazing, welcoming, kind and understanding. I took little pickle to the vets yesterday as she had injured her leg and was not putting any weight onto it. I don’t know the vets name and I wish I did but she was absolutely fantastic, and the girl at reception was also a lovely lady and very helpful when speaking to her. I couldn’t of asked for a better service. the vet was very honest, very helpful and great at keeping Pickle so calm when she was examining her. I would definitely recommend Parkvets to anybody looking for a vet. Thanks again for your help.

Great vet practice. The staff at reception are always welcoming and warm and make a fuss of my dog. The Vets I've seen so far have always been knowledgeable and provided me with good advice on how to best look after my dog. Really happy with Park Vets so far.

Took our dog to Chislehurst Park Vets on Saturday afternoon, pre booked and I was nervous for our dog as she had an ear infection. Rosie the vet was so calm and understanding and explained exactly what she would be doing to drain fluid from our dog’s ear due to a haematoma which had developed. I left feeling relieved not just for me but for our dog! We are lucky to have a good vet close by.

Amazing vets couldn't recommend them enough. Very kind people, patience is amazing and they don't judge either. Lots of treats always available for the dogs too. Rachel and Flo have been outstanding and the ladies at the desk are always wonderful to talk to.

Would definitely recommend this vets. My cat had a fight which ended up with an abscess that burst. I called Novi vets to see me in an emergency which they did and fitted me in with in 20 min. They done a fabulous job and saw my cat very quickly she is now on the mend.

I recently visited Novi Vet in Bexleyheath and met Javier and had an outstanding experience which exceeded my expectations. Tiggy and Callie received excellent care Javier who took time with me and I didn't feel rushed. Unlike other vets I have visited in the past I felt their focus was always about money but with this vet they gave me time and their services are very reasonably priced. I also met Phoebe the nurse and Katie the receptionist who were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home. They are a very professional team and give me complete confidence in their care I won't be going anywhere else for my cats care. Highly recommended.

I recently took my cat to Novivet, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The clinic is in a great location, the inside is really modern and well-equipped, creating a professional yet comfortable atmosphere. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived and the veterinarian was truly outstanding—empathetic, caring and patient, taking the time to address my cat’s needs without ever making us feel rushed. The health issue was sorted out and I felt the cost was fully justified by the quality of care provided. I will be returning here, knowing my cat is in safe, capable hands. GOOD JOB!!

I was told about this practice by my daughter who takes her 2 Labradors there, she couldn’t rate them highly enough, so I booked my new puppy with them, and I am more than pleased with them, I found them very caring, and answered all my questions, I would strongly recommend this vets practice, both receptionists. However, Christi let my cat settle and asked informative questions about him. She was so gentle with my cat and done the best examinations for him. Even when i moved to beckenham i still carry on coming to this vet clinic. Prices are reasonable and care in my opinion is at a very high regard. I have been going to Passey Place with family pets since I was 12 years old. I would never ever go anywhere else. The staff are all so caring, compassionate, and have such a genuine love for animals. Gaye Sinclair is an absolutely amazing vet. This little lad would not be here if it wasn't for Gaye's expert action and attention.

Recently had our kitten, Sookie, spayed here. Staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable for two nervous first time kitten parents. The actual surgery left a tiny cut and Sookie is a happy wee camper at home. No cone at all! Thanks so much and will continue to come to your surgery for our kittens.

We were resistant initially to change vets but have found St Pauls Cray to be Fantastic with great staff and thoughtful aftercare. Our cats had procedures carried out and this vet is very reasonable in their pricing. We do not feel overcharged and had extras added unjustifiably. Would highly recommend.

Our pug, The Moog, went in for teeth extraction and a clean and descale. A worrying time for us with a brachycephalic breed and a general anaesthetic. He was looked after by Vet Mateo Dervishi who did a great job of taking care of him and giving us aftercare information and ongoing advice to keep his teeth in better condition.
