Today I had the pleasure of meeting Zeynep Baldogan in the Rom Valley Way Vets4Pets. She was so patient and understanding, I really felt my senior cat was in such good care. She was so kind and explained our options perfectly. Any pet and worried pet owner would be so lucky to be in her care! Thank you again!

Booking was very quick and easy. I feel like the receptionists here answer calls a LOT quicker than other vets in the area and that the other reviews are unfair. (I have tried calling other vets to sign up my cat, as I was a bit sceptical of vets for pets due to the reviews, but none of the other vets' receptionists would pick up or would hang up on me, at least here they put you in hold and get back to you as soon as possible. It is busy every time I go, so it's understandable that they'll put some people on hold). Went for spay surgery for my cat, they took her in early as I came at 9:00am and appointment was at 9:50, they took her at 9:35, which was surprising for me as I usually wait a long time to get seen for regular check ups. Was called at 1pm and picked up my cat at 2pm. Everything was done very well. I was surprised at the size of the incision, it's so small and my cat was behaving like her usual self, as if she did not just wake up from anesthesia. Very active and happy. They provided a cone, but did not place on my cat when they gave her to me, I tried putting the cone on but my cat seems to move more with it on - maybe that's why they didn't place it on when in the carrier. Overall I was pleasantly surprised by the team in handling the spay. I have heard from a friend that they were not able to neuter her cat properly and was sent home with an open wound, so understandably I was very worried about the spay which is a bit more invasive. But they did very well! Thank you to the team! Spay cost £65, which includes the painkillers to give at home and the cone. Incision is done on the side rather than underneath. Only reason for the 4 stars is because from personal experience, regular check ups seem to overrun, and I end up waiting over 30 minutes past appointment time to be seen, even though it is early in the morning.
